She may have had buccal fat removal (gives the face a pronounced contoured look, something she did not have, even as late as 1998). Her upper lip has noticeably increased in volume from when she was younger (that certainly doesn't happen with age, and she never had a very full upper lip to begin with). She admitted in a 2001 interview with Tim Nasson that she's used silicone in her lips to give them a fuller look. She may have had a canthoplasty as her eye shape has shifted from round to almond. The new blonde hair (fully covering her ears/sides of her face) distracts attention from the face lift scar.
The hollowing of her eyes is simply due to aging. As we lose bone (something that surgical menopause would accelerate), our eye sockets widen and our eyes sink in. Surprised you don't realize this.

I just took people to the airport and after getting a hotel , went to a nearby empty Bodeaga ( Sunday nearly midnight) in Granada Spain. She was with Billy Bob Thornton . She wasn't so famous then but l knew who both were because I had seen the films , Girl Interrupted, Sling Blade and Pushing Tin. Both dressed very casual. She had long black straight hair and her face looked totally without makeup. Not only truly ravishing but very charismatic - an ethereal quality that I'd say, Audrey Hepburn kind of possessed. If Jolie hadn't gone through early menopause due to surgery for health, I'm sure she'd naturally look 18 years younger today. At the bar, she approached me and also started the conversation - l previously was in the France and the US due to winery connection, and before they left, she came up to me alone to our table and wished me well , etc. She thought that l was Jennifer Lopez so l made her laugh because l said, ' Yes, l do have problems with that but she looks like ME because l haven't had any work done and this is my natural nose. Plus my rear is not huge either.' Only time in my life that I wished I was bi 😀

She had Bells Palsy. It looks like it’s gone. Usually a permanent telltale sign is left. Katie Holmes suffered a bout of it also, along with the (very) droopy eyelid.
Mine a much more chubby. No definition at all. Illl be 60 in November, but people think I’m up to 15 years younger. I try ink it’s because I’m small and short.
I think her eyes have a lot to do with eye shadow. I know some people who have slightly sagging eyelids, but when they place a darker shadow just above the crease, the eyes look very lifted. Similar to hers. I don't think it's all from surgeries. In fact I don't think she's done too much at all. At least she doesn't have that weird puffed up face and stretched mouth that so many women end up having. The joker smile look. I think she's aging very well. She has always been very lean.
If you compare my photos when I was 16 and now probably "experts" will say I done this or that. I think its really stupid to think that women in her 50 must look the same as in her teen years.
She isn’t tweaking her upper eyelid area with surgery. She had filler, or fat and it didn’t last. That is why her sulcus area is sometimes more visible, depending on whether filler or fat is present or not.
My eyes and face fullness look different depending on what I eat. If I eat carbs the night/day before, my eyes and face will look more youthful and fuller the next day, but if I stick to the proteins my eyes will look sunken and rounded the next day (but I will feel a lot better). Btw, when I was younger my eyes looked Asian, and I loved it. By the time I hit 35 their shape completely changed.

Yup! She always looks skeletal and she dresses in a way to camouflage it, with clever padding added to her red carpet dresses to make her look curvy. She also hides her body behind loads of oversized, long and flowing garments, but those skeletal arms and legs and shoulders don't lie. She's definitely underweight, hence the sunken and hollow looks in her eyes and her face and I can clearly see when she's had botox done.

Stop speculating that every change has so be some sort of plastic surgery. She's a natural beauty and has aged well. There is such a thing called make up and touch ups that can change from picture to picture. Plus you can look different based on how much rest and/or nutrition you're getting as well as what your mental and emotional state is.

when I was a child and in 20ies I had a round face and typical eyelids. In my late 30ies my face shape changed and I have a square face now with hollow cheeks and deep set eyes . It looks beautiful and distinct. And completely different from what it was when I was young. I will probably not need blepharoplasty ever because my upper eyelids are hollow naturally....I can see how some people may think I had a surgery. But I did not... I believe her eye hollowing back and forth is a photoshop.
