It's obvious they weren't that slanted. There is a lift procedure that can be done to lift and pull the upper face so the edges of the eyes are pulled out & upward. It gives that slanted look. Example: Bella Hadid, Supermodel!

Surprised you didn't mention a possibility of a brow / upper face lift. Her lateral brow was lower in the original pictures, and the cat eye effect was less pronounced. She might have had an early endo cheek lift a-la Ramirez + temporal lift, giving her those exaggerated Mongolian eyes.

Even if I had all the money for it, I would not EVER have plastic surgery. I am a 74 year old female and have grown old gracefully. My hair is nearly white and I have a few wrinkles, from laughter mostly. Of course it was wonderful to be young and wrinkle free, but it is not normal to want to be like that again. The sad truth is that people that have plastic surgery, do not look like their younger selves. They look like a freak version of that person they used to be.

Working as a nurse, I've seen many families, generations in the same room. It's beautiful seeing the new baby, the child, the teenager, the adult, the mature and the very old all related beginning to the end, all phases of humankind are beautiful without intervention.

It’s really too bad what plastic surgery (and an unhappy marriage) has done to her. I’m not anti-plastic surgery, but a lot of people go way overboard and wind up looking like wax dolls. The old Melania looked like a happy person who enjoyed life (but then again, she did model, for all I know she was always a misery-guts and just put on that face for the camera) but now she always either looks miserable, or “fake smiling,” or like she just stepped in something, pick one.

Yes, she has had some great work done, I wish I could afford to have the same work done. She has enhanced her original natural beauty :) I've noticed on many beautiful women who have had work done that they lose the natural look around the eyes, not sure if the fillers puff up and change the eye shape or what it is. Melania's work that she has had done was done very well, except for her eyes getting smaller, but she's really had great work done and looks fantastic :)

I am happy that an already beautiful woman, if she had something done, at least she did it in an intelligent manner, not like most famous people that look absolutely ridiculous. I’m sorry, but Melania Trump does not look like a normal person. She has not followed the same cosmetic enhancement trajectory of many in Hollywood, but that hasn’t resulted in anything remotely close to a natural appearance. That upward lateral tilt of her eyes - combined with how much narrower her eyes are (as seen in the picture from her youth) demonstrates how very odd she now appears. Her nose is now too short and narrow for her face, her nostrils are too flared, and overall she now has the look of a bald eagle.
She’s up herself, - Lettizia - and shows it, always !! people hate her for that, especially when she’s using obvious diminishing behaviour towards her aging mother in law … and she’s doing in public !! In the picture where you say you can't see any crows feet, which is indicative of, per, Botox...I can literally see crows feet. It's hard to differentiate them from the false eyelashes, but when you look very closely, those are wrinkles just past the edge of her eye, not false eyelashes.
I noticed right away that her filtrum is much "longer" that when she was young. I don't know if that's just a nose job, or some other combined surgery that created that length.

@@GianniDN Yes. Aging naturally is the correct concept. But we all want to look young do we not? The major problem with makeup and hair color is the skin adsorption which screws your liver after a few decades. And tanning instead of sun for nitric oxide. Not to look like leather gloves at age 50.

Their main giggly antidote (another "must do" for these kind of shows) was to make it clear that they were close friends with Michael Jackson. They proudly talked about hanging out with him at their home. They were so desperate to demonstrate they were on that level of celebrity that they gleeful told a story of how Melania and Jackson agreed to prank Trump. They would pretend to be on the couch kissing as Trump walked into the room. Of course, Jackson is the king of plastic surgery, but to them all of that make-up and plastic surgery seemed normal and was never mentioned.

About the eye thing they are talking about. I have this naturally as well so does my son and his father. I have Asian looking eyes. I was born in Scotland. My Husband in Finland. But many people have asked me if I was part Asian. and as far as I know I am not. but the hooded eye is not just Asian it is a thing from people whose ancestry is from a cold area. it helps people look younger for longer in my opinion.
My dad was french and norwegian. His father had it, and so did he. I had it when I was younger. With age it has disappeared. Melania's have become more obvious with age because they were added in her 20's.

Even if I had all the money for it, I would not EVER have plastic surgery. I am a 74 year old female and have grown old gracefully. My hair is nearly white and I have a few wrinkles, from laughter mostly. Of course it was wonderful to be young and wrinkle free, but it is not normal to want to be like that again. The sad truth is that people that have plastic surgery, do not look like their younger selves. They look like a freak version of that person they used to be.
I am Slovene, and I have never heart that Genghis Khan was in Slovenia (at the time Slovenes were mostly in the present Austria across the Alps, I think Slovenes have not Asian futures, despite that we suppose to come from east.

It’s really too bad what plastic surgery (and an unhappy marriage) has done to her. I’m not anti-plastic surgery, but a lot of people go way overboard and wind up looking like wax dolls. The old Melania looked like a happy person who enjoyed life (but then again, she did model, for all I know she was always a misery-guts and just put on that face for the camera) but now she always either looks miserable, or “fake smiling,” or like she just stepped in something, pick one.

She has enhanced her original natural beauty :) I've noticed on many beautiful women who have had work done that they lose the natural look around the eyes, not sure if the fillers puff up and change the eye shape or what it is. Melania's work that she has had done was done very well, except for her eyes getting smaller, but she's really had great work done and looks fantastic :)

Simple things like a lipstick and moisturizer cremes, very important …

I am happy that an already beautiful woman, if she had something done, at least she did it in an intelligent manner, not like most famous people that look absolutely ridiculous. Or the complete change of appearance from Queen Letizia of Spain who looks completely different, and in my opionion not in a good way (she was beautiful, but now she looks strict or angry).
I’m sorry, but Melania Trump does not look like a normal person. She has not followed the same cosmetic enhancement trajectory of many in Hollywood, but that hasn’t resulted in anything remotely close to a natural appearance.
That upward lateral tilt of her eyes - combined with how much narrower her eyes are (as seen in the picture from her youth) demonstrates how very odd she now appears. Her nose is now too short and narrow for her face, her nostrils are too flared, and overall she now has the look of a bald eagle.

In the picture where you say you can't see any crows feet, which is indicative of, per, Botox...I can literally see crows feet. It's hard to differentiate them from the false eyelashes, but when you look very closely, those are wrinkles just past the edge of her eye, not false eyelashes.
I feel really bad for women who think they need surgery to be accepted and loved.
I noticed right away that her filtrum is much "longer" that when she was young. I don't know if that's just a nose job, or some other combined surgery that created that length.

Minor plastic surgery, or needed surgery is frequently positive, extensive plastic surgery is never an improvement in my opinion.

It is never discussed, but as a newly wed couple eager to demonstrate their own growing star power, they appeared on the Larry King Show (a must do for WHO's WHO of fame and fortune). Their main giggly antidote (another "must do" for these kind of shows) was to make it clear that they were close friends with Michael Jackson. They proudly talked about hanging out with him at their home. They were so desperate to demonstrate they were on that level of celebrity that they gleeful told a story of how Melania and Jackson agreed to prank Trump. They would pretend to be on the couch kissing as Trump walked into the room. Of course, Jackson is the king of plastic surgery, but to them all of that make-up and plastic surgery seemed normal and was never mentioned.
The only thing I can conclude from this clip is... that Dr. Kopelman seems to be a professional MD, and a likable person...

About the eye thing they are talking about. I have this naturally as well so does my son and his father. I have Asian looking eyes. I was born in Scotland. My Husband in Finland. But many people have asked me if I was part Asian. and as far as I know I am not. but the hooded eye is not just Asian it is a thing from people whose ancestry is from a cold area. it helps people look younger for longer in my opinion.
My dad was french and norwegian. His father had it, and so did he. I had it when I was younger. With age it has disappeared. Melania's have become more obvious with age because they were added in her 20's.
