I have been struggling with growing out my hair and split ends because of my wavy hair. Should I use coconut oil and rosemary oil on my scalp and then apply more coconut oil to my ends or is that overkill?

Hello dr, I just stopped breastfeeding and I’m looking for something for hair growth again as I lost a lot of my hair during pregnancy and breastfeeding! I tried Mielle rosemary oil and it’s almost 4 months and I haven’t seen that much of an improvement. Are there any other oils or shampoos that work if I have thin hair maybe cuz of my parents as they also have thin hair guessing I took whatever it is they have. I’m really kinda desperate to grow and strengthen my hair back again 😢

Dr. Kopelman, my hair is longer than yours. I can put the foam on before going to bed. No problemmo. After a shower would be challenging as my hair is moist though I do towel blot it. When I dry it with a hair dryer I style it the way I want. If I have to dry it, put on Rogaine and then try to style it will be a mess. Question 1: Will putting Rogaine foam on my scalp while the hair is still moist a problem? Question 2. Or just put it on in the evening before going to bed. Question 3. Is doing a night time foam application and daytime take a pill the way to go for best results or is it too much and will lead to hairy knuckles? I don't want to look like the Geico Neanderthal Man. Thank you!

Neither pregnancy gave me stretch marks on my stomach just on my back side.... Hell I could care less. I'm not doing anything to my body that's not natural. I believe in things going wrong.

I had that in the back of my scalp when I was a child. Doctor gave me some medicated shampoo and it cleared up. I have a feeling I got lucky.
