    barbel curl (easy bar) 10*4
    keep hand wider as shoulder
    raise bar squeeze do it slowly and touch to your thighs.
    keep breathing in right position.
    lying triceps extension with easy bar 10*4
    lift it up fully.
    dumbell curl 10 combo
    turn dumbell outside while squeezing
    + without taking rest
    1 arm dumbell tricep extension: 10
    (3 sets) 60 second break between combo set
    kneeling barbell curl : 10*3
    close grip bench press: 10*3
    6-8 inch distance between hands.
    1 arm high cable curl: keep chest tight 10.
    1 arm tricep push down make 90 angle10
    number of sets 2 hon gy
    ------------------
    inclined bench dumbell curl"
    lying tricep extension: 10 - 12 reps 3 sets
    reverse incline bench barbell curl:
    grip the bar closely: raise to the full range of motion breath out then release8-10 * 3 sets
    combo
    overhead tricep extension with bar.8-10 inch distance
    8-10 * 3 sets
    behind the back cable curl:
    cable kit back mou machine ki taraf karna ha:
    lock your elbow take a jerk if necessary
    12-2 sets
    rope hammer curl speed same rakhni ha:
    table back dips zyada neechy ni jana ha.
    10*2 sets.

    Sir is it good to do cardio hole week and is it good to start your exercise with heavy weight and without taking any rest just drop your weight and start the second set for (chest muscles)

    Yatinder Singh sir ji, I am 35 years old married man . Because of you lots of revolution happend in all gyms. Hattsoff to you. I am really big fan and follower of your instructions. I really admire you so much. I follow your instructions regularly however Meri size nahi badh rahi sirf cuttings hai. Main pichale 10 saal se workout kar Raha hu par Meri size aur muscle nahi badh rahe hai. Without side effect Wala koi muscle gainer size gainer suggest Karo na sir, muzmey inferiority complex jyada badh gaya hai kyu ki, jinko gym Karne nahi aati thi, unko mein gym sikhata tha. Unki size muzse double Hui lekin Meri size nahi bani to muze unke samne khada hona bahot embarrass feel hota hai. Mera weight 73 kg hai aur Meri height 6 feet hai Mera biceps surf 12 ka hai. I really look skinny. Hence I really request you to suggest very good brand muscle size gainer for me which is reasonable in price. Aap ke saath Jo abhi demo ke liye Jo ye rep hai Ankur aur sen inki itni size pehle nahi this abhi bahut hi badhiya dikhte hai dono. Please mujhe bhi inke jaisa accha suppliment suggest kijiye na sir ji.
