      Santanu Kumar Behera do as you like. I do 8-12 reps and 2 sets for each. If push up is too much, then do it with your knee on hinge

    Gym me trainer to hai 3-4, lekin sab log ladki o ke pichhe dum hilate rehte hai. Fees lete samay badi badi baate karte hai ye log, ki hum aapka schedule card banayenge, measurement lenge, diet suggest karengey etc etc. In fact, abhi tak mereko mera payment receipt bhi nahi diya, 1 week ho gaya 😅. This was the reason i searched the video on UA-cam about "First day in Gym". Thank you for the video. 😊

    Sir ab inn exercises ko kuch din krne ke baad, hume apna time table kaisa bananah chaiye exercise ke liye, wo bhi bata di jiye. Mera to wahi purana routine chal rha hai. Monday ko Chest-Triceps.. Tuesday ko Back-Biceps... And Wednesday ko Shoulder-Legs. Bas... Aap hume routine kaisa banaye exercise ka or kaunsi exercise hum kare... uspe video banaiye. Thanks in advance

    Sir few years before I had an accident so I have a back pain issue but I love to do gym also.
