Welcome to Day 21 of our morning yoga challenge! I'm going to take you through a stretchy yoga class for flexibility with our intention of the day being CURIOSITY. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. We will do poses like thread the needle, warrior 3 and seated neck release.
The "Flexible Body, Flexible Mind" 30 day morning yoga challenge is designed to help you stretch on and off the mat. This is a free yoga challenge suitable for all levels with no props required. It’s been wonderful! Not always getting through the flexible mind portion for various reasons but the body part is on track!
These challenges add so much value to my days. Thank you! 🙏 💕
Playing catch up, for some reason I lose my motivation on weekends to get up and get on my mat! I have been doing 2 classes a day during the week to, time permitting and these short classes work with together. I am not really feeling the Flexible Mind portion, but I like you are doing something different.
I think I will repeat this whole challenge next month. These flows are perfection.

This flow felt SO GREAT. One of my favourites of the whole challenge. I am really enjoying the classes and it has motivated me to do yoga EVERY day, rather than 4-5 days per week. Thanks Kassandra!!

That neck release was incredible!
Doing a high lunge with a cat pose was so hard for me, but I did it! Thank you for these wonderful challenges. I love the way you take an ordinary pose and make something completely different out of it. Very creative. I feel great!
I saved the entire sessions for future reference. This is the perfect short yoga practices for my busy hectic mornings. ❤

This one was so fun! I love the variety of flows offered in this series.
I'm back going over the days that I missed and I'm still enjoying it. Such a great challenge. I promised myself I would get through all thirty days. Sometimes, I struggle with consistency. Doing my best to keep my commitment to myself. I too, think that when I'm done, I will start from the beginning. It really was wonderful. Thank you, Kassandra!

I still struggle with balance in the high lunge pose and also the warrior 2 poses. It's so frustrating but I'll keep trying and hopefully will be able to overcome this obstacle. Love love all of your different practices.

As someone who holds a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and upper back, this is definitely one of my favorites!

I always love a good thread the needle and this one with the leg extension with lift option that was wobbly on the left side, but I got THE best spinal release all the way up from tail to shoulder, high lunge variation with a little cow forward fold was stronger today, but warrior 3 needed some support (but hey! I did it!) finishing with seated neck release was lovely.
This was really interesting. I didnt particularly enjoy the high lunge cat pose, but I really liked the neck stretch version. Thank you for this class. Namaste
I did your Morning Yoga Movement about 30 times! It’s nice to have another stretch to practice. I really enjoy the Om chant every morning too. Thanks for the guidance.
Love ❤ this sequence. I will repeat it again and again until my body regains more flexibility. This gives me hope. Im actually very proud that I'm doing this! I'm sure I'm not alone with my lack of exercise over the past few years! Only 10 min a day made me say, "Hey, I can do anything for 10 min!" And so far, even working 12-hour shifts, I've only missed one day! So, thank you for the motivation i needed to begin again. Just the baby step I needed ❤

When we did thread the needle and back to tabletop I had sort of a kink in my back so I started doing cat pose and then you said to do it! That was cool. : ) Thank you for this special series Kassandra. Loving it. And hope others are too.
