Yoga with Kassandra Thank you for these classes. I’ve been searching for online Yin classes since my hips have been bothering me. I went to class a few times, but honestly, it’s too far to drive and a bit expensive. These classes are perfect for a start. If I’m able to stick it out for the month, I plan on starting the paid plan. I’m excited when I wake up every morning to see what’s next. ❤️ #GoodMorning

This flow arrived the next morning after a night in which I felt really, deeply, crazily anxious and sad, and even if I handled it well and was already better by the next day - in which I was too occupied to try this flow ! -, I will try it tonight, because my bums and all my mind and soul also, need in some rest.

Just discovered Kassandra’s channel when I had to quarantine a week ago. Started doing her beginner yoga classes as well as this morning yoga movement. It’s only 10 mins long but so beneficial to the start of my day! Good morning everyone!

I did this practice because I work in the climate change and environment sector and after reading a NASA and IPCC report I now have so much eco anxiety- I’m going to do this Kassandra practice every morning. For me the manta I am at peace with life helps me to accept what I can not change.
I have found the worse I feel in the morning the more yoga I do in the morning. It makes a huge difference!! So I always start with the 10 minutes and then I just keep adding more videos!! Then I keep going until I feel better. It’s amazing how it works.

After switching to doing your yoga videos in the morning instead of barre or pilates, I've noticed that I'm more calm and focused each day to the benefit of those I love.
