thats why calisthenics is so addictive. you see a cool move you want to learn, you grind it and get it and it feels so awesome! AND there is always a harder skill to learn
yea, I've been seeing a lot of people say the same thing, I feel like I got kind of lucky because my balance was terrible but I had the strength, but now over 3 weeks later I have improved a lot
I'm really happy the almighty algorythm recommended me this video, you clearly know what youre doing, one year and you will have 100.000 subs, keep it going bud!
Good job, i've only been practicing handstand 6 days a week for 7 month's still can't even freestand for 10seconds+ 😆 finaly, yeserday i learned how to achive a hollow body hold upside down. On the ground no issues eeasy, but doing it upside down body just doesn't want to do what i want it to.
I'm also doing for almost 6 months but can't do 10sec handstand....as easy it seems to do but not a easy cake.... Well not today but one day i will achieve a perfect handstand...
Well I’ve always been athletic and when I was younger every now and then I would try handstands but tbh my balance still isn’t so great I barely was able to get that handstand push-up. But now my balance is better
Practicing for 9 days to get a half range of motion Handstand Push Up and acting like you have literally trained the hardest and most consistent anyone ever has :D Not trying to take anything away from your achievement. It's really impressive but maybe get it cleaned up as well? Especially when comparing yourself with someone like Chris Heria.
I noticed you never did the one good starter for learning how to balance yourself which is the frog stance...I mean you still did it but that might have helped out.
@@cobrasthenics the movement of the shoulder press (with a barbell im assuming) is wayy different than a hspu; more range of movement, more stress on the spine, and overall you engage those pushing muscles differently. So no offense but the weight you will push, will probably be a lil lower than your body weight. BUT goddamn they helped me A TON when I was learning the handstand, and the handstand pushup, the carryover is fantastic. So I really recommend you to try them and maybe integrate in your training to "speed up the progress".Keep working on the handstand because in my opinion is one of the BEST skills to learn (and master) if you really want steel arms. Also helped with the planche. Btw good video and keep going man !!!!!
Iss okay bro, it will take time to learn the mind to muscle and also get strong and stable in that upside down position Just remember how we all learnt to walk as a toddler Btw I envy them people too cuz I been learning handstand...i gave up 🥲😂
I'm 57 and learning how to do hand stand pushups so don't feel bad it will take a lot of practice.

9 days to learn the handstand pushup is honestly insane bro u got me mad motivated to learn it
Damn, bro learned it in 9 days. Almost everyone I came across said it took them between 3 months to a year.
yea, I've been seeing a lot of people say the same thing, I feel like I got kind of lucky because my balance was terrible but I had the strength, but now over 3 weeks later I have improved a lot

What background in calisthenics did you have? Hand stand push up in 10 days is mental

Yo, before attempting the HSPU, how much weight can you push with your shoulder press, and what about after achieving handstand pushup? Thanks
I have never done should press but I’m guessing probably around my body weight like 145-160
