You are all super human strenght athletes, so impressive!!! It's so enjoyable to see you four in these types of videos. You can feel good vibes and desire to push your limits together !!! Excellent content. Thank you.
4 of my biggest calisthenics inspirations in a video and trying their Max in one of my favourite moves, Full Rom HSPU. People dont get how mad is to do a Full Rom HSPU with 42 kilos extra freestanding .I struggle to get 2 reps without extra weight.
I think having english as the first language is sometimes not helpful. Having it as a second language ,I am used to hearing a lot of different accents, and I have no problem understanding any of these guys.
@@Kodo91 the difference between Andre and Chris is that Chris tends to focus on the main original calisthenics skills. He’ll do planches, levers, flags, muscle ups, handstands etc. And stuff like that. Andre tends to be more challenging. He’ll do weighted partner challenges and have collaborations with athletes. He’ll challenge himself too and try different variations of the skills. Like how he’ll balance a planche on rings things like that. They have different strengths. Chris does 360 muscle ups and I’ve never seen Andre do that. Whilst Andre on the other hand can do one hand balancing handstands, planches ect. The point is that they are both advanced calisthenics athletes who do their own calisthenics.
I already knew william form his instagram. Since the first clip of him that I saw I've always considered him the most op human being I've ever seen. But you guys are all freaking extraterrestrial
I think it's very important to note everyone's weight as well. Not to take anything way from Andry, but the other guys are taller and definitely weigh more, that alone adds up extra KGs to what they are pushing. So again not take anything from Andry because he's very impressive, but the weights that other guys did are just as impressive to the combined weight pushed imo.
Your head gets used to it with more time under inversion. It’s your body’s ability to circulate blood with more force that makes the feeling better with practice.
The longer the body, and the longer the arms, the more torque and power required. Also shorter limbs go shorter distances, so the same parallelett handstand push-up is not the same for everyone. To make this even the parallelett distance should be changed, or the bottom of the forehead tap and pause should be raised according to the limbs reach to make the inches of the dip down and up the same.
It is also about angle of smaller limbs. You are maybe only 2-4 kg lighter than the taller guys, but movment of your limbs are different because you have shorter bones. Thats why shorter powerlifters have it easier on squats and benchpress. Nothing to take from you Andry. You are super strong animal.

So stoked to watch this video. So happy and proud to have trained with all 4 legends ❤
Thank God that there's subtitles. I cant understand a single thing that this guy is saying, and English is my first language!
Hello. Can’t understand only me? Or all of us?
I think having english as the first language is sometimes not helpful. Having it as a second language ,I am used to hearing a lot of different accents, and I have no problem understanding any of these guys.
English is my first language and i heard every word with ease, sounds like you need to listen to more accents than only american...
Omg, this puts my struggle to do single HSPUs on the floor at only bodyweight into an entirely new perspective... 😂 You guys are rock stars 🎉
Next: Osvaldo Lugones and Chris Heria 💪🏻🔥
Chris isn't strong compared to the top athletes
Yes please! The two best calisthenics. I’ve been waiting for that collaboration for a year! Please do it Andre.
@@Kodo91 he is strong in all just static skills... Osvaldo in all(static -reps - waighted calisthenics)... It will be strong challenge with Andry🔥🔥
@@AE-qs9ox if my comment get 1000 like he will do... Lets do that💪🏻

What blows my mind most about these posts - and there’s a lot that blows my mind - is how you can come back stronger from a failed attempt!
That’s INCREDIBLE! Very hard to do. Your bodies flexibility is incredible. Bravo!!!
Thank you
Guys, you are all legends!
Simon, you are my virtual mentor, my teacher. Don’t be shy!)

@@andrystrong1 that would be cool!
At 4:16, he looks almost static, but the muscle twitching in his right tricep tells the whole story.
Tellement beau et drôle de vous voir avoir du fun ensemble ! Vous êtes vraiment forts ! 👏👏
Great content guys love the colabs
Thank you. Next collaboration will be with Erik Ortiz
Simonster 💪🔥
Legends is RIGHT!!
Incredible!!!
Most people forget how HARD it is to do that with just your own body weight.

We are almost all the same.
I'm 73-74kg. SOndre 78kg, Simon 77kg, William 76-77kg
It is actually your height that matter most, your anatomy really and arm length etc. In other words, bones and bone structure.
Can't do even one without weight. Very impressive.
Love from India🇮🇳 ❤❤
Thank you
I've never seen you do tiger bend handstand push ups
Wow! You're super amazing!
Simonster! YESSSSS!!!
It's crazy how strong Andry is!!!
Iam from india ❤ big salute
That was really cool💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
To the people who can do this, does your head still feel like its going to explode when your struggling to push up, or does that improve with time
Idk about the hspu but my head definitely gets used to being upside down in a handstand. So i guess it will be the same with a hspu
Your head gets used to it with more time under inversion. It’s your body’s ability to circulate blood with more force that makes the feeling better with practice.
The way they all had respect for each other throughout the video..That's professionalism !
All you guys are impressive!
I´d be interested if the different bodyweight would have been taken into account
Simonster fucking beast 💪 😤

great content, notice how short these guys are, most of the short guys are the best in doing calisthenics
Impressive. Hoping to get there soon myself.
Hello. You can. Discipline+hard work= great result
It is also about angle of smaller limbs. You are maybe only 2-4 kg lighter than the taller guys, but movment of your limbs are different because you have shorter bones. Hello. Does shorter powerlifter have absolute world record?
I like these competition style videos
can you please make a stretching routine video
Good to see you all of you, guys. It turns out i am subscribed to three of you.
It was great to do video with such strong athletes
Andry is smaller with shorter arms, it definitely helps him with balance and stability and range of motion, but he's still incredibly strong of course
Im 166cm high. And my arm length 178cm. Sondre have the same arm length. My arms super long
Always fancied the idea of being able to do a handstand push up. No way I could get myself into that sort of condition.
Great video, I think the best technic won.
this is crazy... never imagined
SO EPIC!
