do it against the wall the way he said was the scariest, that's the easiest way, chest to wall, you don't fall if you keep pressing with your fingers and just learn to open your shoulder for about 30 seconds in that position and then start to lean your shoulders above your wrists and play with your palms and fingers if you feel like your falling let go with 1 hand and turn, you will automatically fall from the side instead of backwards, let go with your left hand, fall to the left, let go with right hand, fall to the right. but i also recommend doing HSPU against the wall, i'd say it's best to learn how to get up into a handstand by pressing into it, do shoulder mobility exercises, core exercises like hollow body hold, when you do HSPU aginst the wall always squeeze your core and butt, and legs, this is howi learned how to do it and it all depends if you doing other training, or purely just want handstand, if it's just handstand, i recommend greasing the groove tactic, where you do 50% of your total effort in about 5-10 minutes and 4 times a day, and then 1 day with rest before and after do a complete workout to failure from handstand holds and pressing, do this and you'll have the handstand in about 3 months without fail from pressing up into it ((if you can do 30-40 press ups from the start like i did)) I was also doing front lever training at the same time, still am. so i do get some lower back strength from that also. but the absolute most important thign, is getting them handstand wall press ups without breaking your form and holding open shoulder for 30 seconds, if you can't do that, don't even try without the wall.

Lmao
took only 5 years not bad lol
NoTubeer lol I’m trying to get planche. How Long does it normally take?
@@aniqrifaat5322 Very few non gymnast 180cm+ can ever get the planche.
The shorter you are the better.
Skip leg day.
5-10 years for a clean planche 5 second is pretty good for non gymnast

Very inspirational video! Thank you for documenting your journeys as you learn new skills, it's motivating for us other "average guys"
very cool, very humble video. I struggle with the handstand a lot and this videos gave me some new motivation and some really helpful tips (:
You can also learn the back lever that is easier than the front lever😉
when will geek climber no longer be average lol, handstand and muscle up, seems better than most and with hopes of a front lever, I think its safe to say you are moving away from average sir.
ps good job keep it up, love watching the vids
😆😆 "average" this time is referring to my crappy push strength. Glad you like the videos man!
I can’t get my shoulders anywhere near straight! I’ll have to work on that
It will take some time but eventually, you will get it!
Wow, so helpful to see your journey. I am currently on the same journey. Thank you so much for sharing your experience!
Thanks for the video! This made me feel so much better about not being able to do a handstand after trying once hahah! Gave me lots of motivation and was bloody awesome to see you get there! Cheering along with you!
