    10 km in 12 minutes is that possible? I mean i also doing jogging and try it on treadmill i do 12 minutes jogging with the speed Of 8km/ hrs continously and i only make 2km within 12 minutes so you are saying that you can run 40km / hrs within 12 minutes continously?!

    Kids do not expect great body by just working hard as fuck in 30 days i am saying this from an experience. In total i have worked out 28 days straight and sweated my ass off unlike anything in my entire life. Like literally each time i did push ups i could feel and see my tears dropping despite all that efford that i wanted to get some abs all i could get was just 0.5 inches long fucking LINE going downwards from top to bottom on my stomach and yes i was also in a diet and i was not fat but i still gaines some muscle mass during that hellish workout

    Coming back to working out from over a decade and I can easily go from L sit to planche and bust out a couple reps before I fall over and I've never trained it before and I'm also taller than you at 6'

    That's essentially the daily workout I was doing even before I saw the show. I feel way stronger doing that workout then I ever did lifting weights and my body is totally chiseled.

    I do this every single day, running is most difficult and tiring exercise, rest are easy. You get use to it, after 2 months.

    I've tried this and it is very difficult to do 100 pushups in a row unless you break it up. Yes I know a lot of people probably can do 100 without issue. But most people will need to break it up.
