I’m glad I found this. My knees and ankles have been increasing in pain as I’m working on my running. These stretches help alleviate a lot of that tension and soreness.
I loved the pose where you hugged one knee toward the armpit and had the other leg stretch toward the opposite corner of the mat. That little variation going to the opposite side of the mat really made me aware of a particular muscle I tend to neglect in stretching, so thank you!

I didn't immediately relate it to the lack of stretching. I started stretching with you after my runs and I have to say that the pain is gone. Up until now I've just followed some of your shorter stretches, but thats going to change now .....this was my best stretch yet. Definitely will be repeating this one, Im so much more flexible then I was when I started and each run I'm a little faster too and I definitely think following these videos has massively helped with that so thankyou.

Great video Ash, many thanks! Love the variability in stretches within every video but also liking the recurrence of most stretches at the same time. My body feels much better when I stretch after running and your video's do the trick. Also it's great that I can choose a video for the time I have available for stretching, also dependent on the distance/intensity of the run I did (usually the longer, more intense the run was, the longer I stretch). You're spreading some great vibes by telling us to thank ourselves for taking the time to look after our bodies and to be gentle (massage) with the intensity of the stretches. This way stretching with help of your videos feels like a "treat".
That’s so good to read your feedback Guido and so cool to see you’re still using my videos to help your body! It’s great to know that the variation in stretches and time is helpful. Great video Ash, many thanks! Love the variability in stretches within every video but also liking the recurrence of most stretches at the same time. My body feels much better when I stretch after running and your video's do the trick. Also it's great that I can choose a video for the time I have available for stretching, also dependent on the distance/intensity of the run I did (usually the longer, more intense the run was, the longer I stretch). You're spreading some great vibes by telling us to thank ourselves for taking the time to look after our bodies and to be gentle (massage) with the intensity of the stretches. This way stretching with help of your videos feels like a "treat".
