I decided to run my first 20 km today after I only run 10 km a few times, it was definitely challenging but i ran at easy pace and i stopped to refill my water bottle. The weather changed from sunny to stormy. Im so satisfied with how it went and i hit the time that i wanted. Thank you so much, that was all i needed, you just gained a new subscriber😊 Its good to learn something new from a professional. These stretches werent shown in a book that i bought, im so grateful I could watch this for free

Thanks for all the videos, Ash. Over the last nine weeks I have been running the couch to 5k programme, starting and finishing 27 runs with your videos. Today was my last run of the programme, setting a new 5k PR at 23:44 at 4:45/km. Looking forward to shooing the chickens again before my next run.

Great deep evening stretch after a lunchtime run with no time for immediate post run stretch today, this has done the job , I am not moving like a malfunctioning robot now , Thanks Ash
I’ve been saving this one for when I had a particularly tough run, and that was today. Had some heavy legs after pushing myself a bit too hard the past few days. I came in really worried that my normal stretches wouldn’t be enough, but the end of this video I was back and right as rain. Your channel rules, man. I appreciate the hell out of these videos because without them I really don’t think I’d have kept up with my running as much as I have lately!
Thanks again Ash!🙂 Perfect ending to my longest comeback run so far (4.5 miles - more than half way to 8!!). I slowed the pace down and worked on keeping my heart rate down as this is an area that I need to work on. Tend to start to fast which shoots my heartrate up! No wonder after 20 min I feel like I'm dying!! Not today though..ran for 1 hour at the slower pace, came home did your stretch and I feel awesome!! Looking forward to Wednesday's run. Thanks for making my comeback to running an awesome experience!!

Thank you so much! Finished the London marathon 2024 last Sunday (my first marathon) with a time of 4:44! Feeling very proud but tight and sore. This was a lovely session and I really enjoyed the option of a massage pose rather than static - I find a lot of the time in yoga I struggle to hold the poses still and being given the option of moving my body in the poses felt very inclusive! ♥️

ive been running for 6 days now each day is 1km running non stop then 2km walking its not much but its progress for me , today marks my 6th day of also using your videos on helping me recover your videos are really helpful keep it up and please mention the tension in the spine and shoulders i like doing the 25 min and i do seem to notice you have a very good understanding of anatomy what did you study?

Thank you so much! Finished the London marathon 2024 last Sunday (my first marathon) with a time of 4:44! Feeling very proud but tight and sore. This was a lovely session and I really enjoyed the option of a massage pose rather than static - I find a lot of the time in yoga I struggle to hold the poses still and being given the option of moving my body in the poses felt very inclusive! ♥️
Fantastic Elizabeth, massive well done on completing London marathon and doing it in 4:44 too 🙌👍 you should be massively proud of yourself, running a marathon is something the vast majority of the population will never do in their life time so well done! ive been running for 6 days now each day is 1km running non stop then 2km walking its not much but its progress for me , today marks my 6th day of also using your videos on helping me recover your videos are really helpful keep it up and please mention the tension in the spine and shoulders i like doing the 25 min and i do seem to notice you have a very good understanding of anatomy what did you study?
