There is something quite satisfying about getting in a lunchtime run, stretch & shower isn't there! Managed to get one in today, plus this stretch which was great to give myself a chance to unwind afterwards, before getting back to the rest of my day. Saturdays are for long slow runs. And today Mother Nature provided a beautiful blue sky and gusty winds. This video felt great on my tight glutes after a week of yard work. Thanks for a great video!

It’s been a bit hard, lately i have noticed that my glutes and hips are getting tighter every time and last time i had a speed workout i didn’t listen to you and i skipped the stretching, now my whole lower body aches
Rest day today, not been stretching as much as I shpuld after my hiliday runs and low and behold I now have a niggle in my glute, this session has really helped ease it off , just shows can't afford to skip the stretch , thanks Ash 👍🏼

Sorry Karsen I don't like to boast or make people feel like their distances aren't good enough. I know there can be some snobbery around times and distances in the running community. My short runs are usually around 5k. I have run consistently for around 10 years in this period of several times throughout my life that I've ran. I would say consistency and hills have improved my running quite dramatically.
