    I'm doing couch to 5k, and on week 2, I was suffering with shin pain . I realised I was not stretching and relying on the warm-up walk. Since then, I have been doing this video after my run with another one to warm up on, and I have had no pain. On week 6 now and still no pain. Highly recommend for anyone new to running.

      Take 10glass hot water and 10glass cold water
      And use 1 glass hot water on leg on sin Pain
      And then use 1 glass cold water
      Repeat 10 time
      Use this in two times a day
      Only one day ya two days treatment for sin pain

    Thank you for posting these! I’m new to running, currently 3 weeks away from my first half. In all my training it’s been hard finding people who go through stretches with you, rather than just saying what to do for 2 seconds and moving on to 10 other poses in 3 minutes. I really love that you do it and walk us through it! Not everyone knows what to do and how long, so thank you!! Your videos have really helped me feel good after my runs and feel confident my body is actually recovering! Can’t wait for you to post more!! 🤩

    I’m a current competitive runner that has always struggled with stretching properly and I can confidently say this made it so much easier to actually stretch and I very much enjoyed so THANK YOU, KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DO!

    Do you know what would be interesting? If you added meditation music in the background. I’m finding that I like to do some of your stretches with my eyes closed. This is a mix of stretches,relaxation, and meditation for me Lol. Some days it’s my only time I have to meditate really. Thanks again Ash

      Yeah great idea Dominic and I can totally relate to that. I find it’s probably the only time I get to meditate when I stretch before bed every evening so I understand that. I will look at some copyright free music options and see if the tracks are any good. Thanks Dominic 👍🏻😊

    When I was , gently bouncing my legs at the end, while inadvertently holding my breath, I really needed that reminder to breathe 😂

    Have tried a lot of different post run stretch videos on UA-cam and this is definitely one of my favourite. I find it especially helpful as my right hamstring has been particularly tight recently and this series of stretches is definitely helping it improve. Thank you, Ash!

    Thanks so much for these videos. A few years ago I ran myself into injury after injury and had to take breaks, and eventually a long hiatus. I'm back at it now and stretch with your videos after every run. This time around I havent had to take any healing time away from training. It's like magic. I appreciate you.

    I love your videos, you take such a caring and gentle approach. I've been running for 9 months now, and have been post-run stretching with your videos since about 4 weeks. Today was the first time I ran >10 km without feeling any signs of discomfort in my calf/shin and glute areas. Thanks Ash!

    I barely stretch after my run but realised it’s something I need to get into more to ensure I’m maintaining my mobility and flexibility with running. I feel so much better both mentally and physically after this stretch post run! You have such a great way of explaining it and taking us through the practice, ensuring we’re pairing our breath with it throughout. Genuinely loved this so thank you so much Ash! Will be doing many more of your videos - who knew I’d be excited to stretch after my run but now I am!

    I'm enjoying the emphasis on the hip flexors on your videos. I've had hip, hamstring, and lower back pain and these stretch routines help reduce the pain. I'm looking forward to checking out some of your strength practices soon.

    I've been running for over a year now, and while I've always known it was good to stretch I ignored that advice. Now that I've hit a plateau in terms of performance and recovery, I've strated doing your stretches in the last few days and, while I don't know about performance yet, my body does feel more relaxed, and 'winds down'. Really appreciate these sessions.

    Perfect counterpoint to your other post-run stretches. I like that these videos are short enough that, if you've got the time, you can mix them together to make longer workouts. Thanks for putting them out, they're a great help.
