I'm doing couch to 5k, and on week 2, I was suffering with shin pain . I realised I was not stretching and relying on the warm-up walk. Since then, I have been doing this video after my run with another one to warm up on, and I have had no pain. On week 6 now and still no pain. Highly recommend for anyone new to running.
Take 10glass hot water and 10glass cold water And use 1 glass hot water on leg on sin Pain And then use 1 glass cold water Repeat 10 time Use this in two times a day Only one day ya two days treatment for sin pain

Do you know what would be interesting? If you added meditation music in the background. I’m finding that I like to do some of your stretches with my eyes closed. This is a mix of stretches,relaxation, and meditation for me Lol. Some days it’s my only time I have to meditate really. Thanks again Ash

I barely stretch after my run but realised it’s something I need to get into more to ensure I’m maintaining my mobility and flexibility with running. I feel so much better both mentally and physically after this stretch post run!
