I have been using this stuff for at least three to four months period I ran out before my new order team and then noticed a big difference when I got back on it . you do have to be patient if you have the money it is worth it I will not drink anything but period it has helped me with bloating caused from menopause. so I am a very firm believer in this stuff just saying.

I appreciate taking the time to go through the citations for each mushroom for the product on their site. Other people are upset at not trying the product for an extended period of time but this alone is super important.

Thank you for reviewing Ryze mushroom coffee. I agree with you and once I finish the bag that was given to me by a family member I will not continue drinking it. I have bought mushroom powder extract previously and will most likely go back to that type of product again. Why would Ryze refer to studies that are not really supporting their product? Why aren't the amounts of the mushroom ingredients printed on the package? You did a fair and just review and I would hope the Ryze founders would respond.
1) Because, as noted above, the length of time that is required for many of these ingredients to have the desired or advertise effect is significantly longer than any studies done.
2) because that is their proprietary blend. This is not an FDA approved medication and therefore they are not required to divulge the percentage or milligrams of each of the parts of their proprietary organic blend. Other manufacturers of products of this type do the same thing because it is their own special recipe. Much like people have pasta sauce or other recipes handed down through generations, they don't ever tell anybody exactly how much of whatever they put in it, to keep it safe and special. This is not a prescription medication it, nor is it an FDA approved medication. It is an over-the-counter herbal supplement. There's nothing nefarious about it. The manufacturers are just trying to keep their own recipe a secret so that it can't be copied.
This is very helpful. We need more product-by-product breakdowns like this nowadays because so many "miracle" products are coming up, advertising on social media, and taking consumer dollars without necessarily providing any real benefits. I will try Ryze soon for my own experience and report back.
I like that you put a lot of thought into this review. However, when I look for reviews I like to see them over a 30 day period and actually review the effectiveness of the product.

I think it's important to note that ADAPTOGENS have to be taken up to 6 months of longer. They do help with the nervous system but they have to be taken over a LONG PERIOD OF TIME. most studies do not demonstrate the effectiveness of adaptogens because particpants do not take the substances long enough. It should take literally up to 3-6 months for the adaptogens to effect your nervous system

I've also been taken Ryze Mushroom coffee for about a month. I love the taste of it. I'm less constipated and less bloating. I'm 76 yrs. young and I definitely have lots more energy than I had before drinking this coffee

I’m about a week on it. HUGE difference in my stomach. Have had terrible stomach issues for about 2 years after being put on SMZ. Have tried many different products over last 2 years and finally think I found something. Less gas, bloating , irregular movements already. Stomach hasn’t felt like it’s on fire. Really really really liking results already. Seem to have some metal clarity as well but is that because my gut biome is being healed? Either way. So far so good. Taste ok. To me it taste like a mushroom broth.

Ok so I am wondering why there are soo many folks coming on here to deny auto enrollment? Accusing folks of not paying attention, look I read the fine print, clicked on the ONE time purchase and purchased TWO packs one for myself and one for my daughter. It would depend on your body. If you look at reported possible effects of this coffee, gastrointestinal issues and vomiting IS listed. Just like anything new, be careful and listen to your body.
If you’re trying to give up regular coffee which is bad for you, why not try a much healthier alternative. A few of the most common superfoods actually includes mushrooms. These fungi have been touted for centuries for their medicinal benefits, including antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. So why not switch it up for healthier benefits. It’s not going to be everyone’s cup of tea it does taste earthy but you can add creamer and spices such as cinnamon. I definitely wouldn’t say it’s not worth giving up regular coffee and I’m a coffee addict but that comes with it’s unhealthy consequences. I’m at an age that I wanted to focus on my health and make better decisions about what I put in my body. This is was a great alternative for me.
Agreed, and also this isn't just mushrooms, it is also coffee. and it's actually a lot cheaper per cup of coffee, organic, and has more health benefits. I'm kind of laughing at this. People just don't want to give up on coffee, which I understand. I love coffee, but i honestly don't need it to function like most people.

Very helpful video..."Everyday Dose" mushroom coffee brand makes the claim that other brands including Ryze toss the grow medium in with the rest of the product, while Everyday Dose elegedly includes only the fruiting body of the mushrooms...any thoughts?
Came here for that I just saw their ad on fb.
Ryze does toss in oats/grain as filler in the mushroom extract. However, Everyday Dose only offers two types of mushrooms and a pretty low dose of them along with using collagen as filler. I've tried ED and it tastes like watered down coffee and felt no effects. I ended up running into a brand called Lucid that makes a Nootropic+Mushroom coffee and offers 2X the amount of active ingredients than Ryze and Everyday Dose combined. It's a bit more expensive, but the only product I could actually FEEL.
I Liked it but like someone else said they scam you into buying is then put automatically in a prescription with them to reorder every month so for me until they do not change that I will find and alternative that gives me this choice.
Would love to try not here for those auto shipments they need to make this available for one time shipment or put in stores 🤦🏾♀️🤓

@@cindynorris5983 If you do decide to try it, look out for the auto-renew! A number of people have brought this up in the comments (not sure if you saw that). The company does a sneaky thing where they put you into their subscription service but don't make it clear that they are doing that. So make sure to avoid the surprise charge!!

That's so not true @tawnya I ordered this last week and they make it clear. I saw it right away. Grant it yes the box is already checked for a renewal so all I did was uncheck it. Maybe people just don't look and in a rush to place the order. That's their own fault.
What I can’t find any information on, is what’s their coffee spray-dried with?? Is it organic?
All of their ingredients are organic and/or non-GMO.
Beware! They “auto renew” your order, without your consent.
I placed an order for one bag, so that I could try it. They bombarded me with multiple and constant junk emails, so I would not catch them renewing my order.
I noticed an email confirming a second order, which I never placed, but by then it was too late. Ryze already charged me. I had to create an account on their website to even cancel the subscription I never signed up for. I provided feedback that I was upset because I didn’t sign up for a subscription and they still shipped the order to me two days later and did not issue me a refund.
A company that has to resort to this type of deceitful sales tactic is untrustworthy all around in my eyes.
Thanks for sharing this info. I just received my "first order" today. I was worried about an auto subscription when I placed my order but did not see anything that stated it was a subscription. I went in, and "created my account" from one of the MANY emails as you described and sure enough, I was enrolled! Canceled that Stat! The product does taste surprisingly like coffee to me, but the subscription thing makes me mad enough that I probably won't order again or use long enough to see any benefits.

Same happened to me. The auto refill is not clear when ordering. I cancelled future orders but they won't leave me alone.

I’m curious as a GI Dr. What would you recommend for people who love coffee but are trying to give it up or cut down because of GERD? From my understanding caffeine isn’t good for my condition but I’m trying to find a tolerable substitute. I am curious what your take is. I am also curious if there are any negative side effects from these mushrooms? Is it mostly that these companies are making wild claims or are these products something that could cause harm?

did you find anything? I'm also looking at products like ryze, rasa, mud water etc, something caffeine free. I've been using teechino herbal tea for years. it tastes like coffee and I love it!! but it's made from caffeine free herbs and has lower acidity than coffee.

Beware..... I cancelled my subscription. They agreed to cancel it. Then a month later, they sent me more product and charged me for it. They said they sent me an email that I didn't respond to, so after that they decided to renew my subscription without my consent. Fighting for a refund now

Thanks I ordered it from Amazon and as I was reading the front back and side everything was fine , then I looked at the bottom of the box where there was a label that says proposition 65 warning WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. So I called Amazon and got my money back. Am would like to know what in this product that could harm you.

If you are subscriber to this product and you love it then good for you. It is your money and your body so do what you want with them.
but for this review I can only say, thank you, thank you and thank you. I saw a video ad on UA-cam from Ryze claiming a guy who had an enlarged prostate and by drinking this terrible soup (I call it a soup because it tastes like mushroom soup) his issue was resolved in a week. You did an amazing job shedding light on this terrible product. Also most people don't realize that even by ordering a sample pack Ryze automatically subscribe you for monthly delivery of this product and will charge you $67 a month. Just buy a Starbucks and forget about buying this. This is not a decent product with decent studies behind it so they stick with misinformation to sell and get you hooked by auto subscribing you even if you checked out as a guest without creating an account. If you want to cancel subscription you cannot call them and you have to create an account and then cancel subscription.

Does this stuff actually taste like coffee? If it does I won't buy it anyways because I hate coffee. I'm just trying to find something healthier the soda. I also don't like plain water very much either.
I don't think it tastes like coffee at all and I have a subscription for it but I love coffee so I have a subscription for the every day dose as well and that one does have a coffee flavor to it but the Ryze mushroom coffee doesn't have a coffee flavor in my opinion and the reason why I have a subscription for both is because my son doesn't like the coffee flavor but he likes the mushroom coffee and I love coffee so I have the every day dose subscription. I have noticed that while drinking it and I do drink both kinds of the mushroom coffee i do have a little more energy and I don't crash like I do with the regular coffee the taste is a little bit earthy but not in a bad way it doesn't taste like mushrooms at all it's creamier than regular coffee for sure it's a pleasant taste but definitely not coffee flavor in my opinion.

I specifically chose to pay more so as not to have the subscription but ended up on auto pay and had to threaten bad reviews to get them to finally confirm they had cancelled my subscription!

If you do, you will automatically be subscribed to monthly shipments, whether you want it or not. I bought as a guest without an actual account and had no way to "sign in" to turn this off. For all those saying they don't drink coffee. Please understand that this is coffee with ground mushroom in it. It's instant coffee with mushroom in it.

I love that you reviewed the articles and the specifics of the mushrooms; however, you took one cup of it that you got from your friend. I wish you would have done the 30 days of drinking it to see if it improved any of the things it says it does.

Company is shady as hell, they will auto create a subscription and when you cancel, you get a message. "OH NO dont cancel, it is permanent. Would you stay with us if we give you 15% off.
That means the product to make probably cost like 8$ and they are selling it at 36$.
Great review. Well I wont be buying that mushroom coffee anytime soon. Its a complete shame the got info and didnt do their own testing to prove it works on certain conditions.

Ryze Coffee did not work for me. I drink 6-8oz of coffee almost everyday. I decided to give Ryze a try, the caffeine withdrawals are real yall and I don’t even drink that much. Besides dealing with the fatigue and tiredness from quitting coffee, I did not see where Ryze did any of the things it claimed. I wasn’t less tired and my focus did not improve. Didn’t help with digestive issues, in fact I became more constipated which led to my stomach looking larger than flatter as they claim and I’m pretty active workout 3-5 times a week. And I’m saying all of this cuz I tried it for about 4 months before coming up with my conclusions. Additionally this tastes nothing like coffee. I really wanted to like it but it was just wasting money for me.

Although I definitely DO appreciate the time and labor you put into this “review” I will say that it’s a bunch of Horse Manure!!!! At the end of the day this whole thing is null and void because you didn’t personally drink and sat on the product for 2-3 months religiously to discuss how that went. As they say in sports, “on Paper” so and so should win but PAPER doesn’t go out and take the field so……

Best thing to do is try it yourself people!! I just order 2 bags so I can take it for two months straight and see how I feel. That way I will know if it works for me. Completely agree, this was not a neutral review of the information provided, there was a clear prejudice to the review. The part where this was the most apparent was the way she prefaced the positive results for the Lion's Mane with her opinions and a heavy dose of doubt based on the difference between a 50+ Japanese person and a 30 year old white woman. Instead of just presenting the facts and discussing them or letting them speak for themselves she was drawing a path to her own conclusion and dismissing the information. She similarly dismissed the results on the Shiitake Mushrooms.
Reviewing products that you didnt actually try for a good amount of time isnt helpfull at all.
I actually did an updated video where I tried Ryze and compared it to Everyday Dose, Mudwtr, and four sigmatics.
