    Hi Joelle! I wanted to especially thank you for this video. Before I found and started this routine I had been in braces on both wrists and hands for months. The pain was terrible. I had surgery scheduled for my diagnosed DeQuervain's tenosynovitis and carpal tunnel syndrome(which I've suffered from as long as I can remember) when I found you.
    You saved me from surgery!! I wanted to thank you again. You have made amazing, positive changes in my life!! Thanks for all you do for those suffering from the pain of fibromyalgia, which most people cannot understand.

    So glad I found you. Done three videos in two days now 😂 Feels like all of your videos are calling for me since I have random, sort of undiagnosed pain in one hip, one knee and both wrists. Will definitely try this daily and see of the wrists get any better. Thank you so much!

    Yes, please. More videos for self massage. With balls or whatever works. Love love love your videos. I do have a right wrist thing that I’ve had for years from Xfit strain. I will try this video for a week and see what happens.

    Please could you put a session on for wrist massage with a roller ball. I sprained my wrist 2 weeks ago and have started doing your yoga for wrist pain video which is really helpful. I have limited range of movement in my wrist but it is gradually getting better. I liked your comment about also stretching the triceps and fascia of the whole arm as that certainly helped, I fell onto my outstretched hand and jarred my shoulder too - that made a lot of sense to me. I love your videos , have done most of your challenges and many other targeted videos and the lower spine course. I love your gentle but informative style of teaching - you are excellent!

    Thank you so much for this! I am a graduate student and a Teaching Assistant so naturally, I spend a lot of time on my laptop working on homework/studying/grading assignments. I also like to play video games every now and then to help me relieve stress and I'm in a volleyball league.
    So my hands are used very often. I usually watch this video/do these practices multiple times a week!

    Can you do a video on strengthening the wrist please? My left wrist is weaker than my right and I find myself avoiding certain positions.

    I’m glad I saw this video! I’m new to yoga & have been trying many of your videos for chronic pain that I have. I have noticed since starting yoga though both my wrist hurt so badly when doing different yoga positions where I have to stop. I didn’t know If That was normal to experience or not.

    Thank you for all your relaxing exercises especially those for bursitis and hip pain they really helped me out . If you can please do some exercises for tennis and golfers elbows I would be so thankful .

    Great video! Any help you can give with this and your other with tennis elbow pain are fabulous! Do you have any plans to add weights to increase strength once it starts to feel better?

    I have fibromyalgia too and my forearms are one of those weird places that always seem to hurt. This was so great for that, especially the massage part. Would this video help with carpal tunnel symptoms, and/or is it possible to do a video focusing on that?

    Wonderful stretches! I was looking for something to address hand pain but many of these stretches and exercises covered the same ground. I have hand pain that tends to create tightness all the way up my arm. Do you have a stretching video for arms in the plans?

    Just finished - it feels great. Wrist pain for 4 years now in the left wrist. No one can find out why 🙄.
    If You could make a video for the neck and shoulders? Maybe a bit of upper back. That would be wonderfull ☀.
    Your videos is a relaxing break and I feel peacefull after 10 minutes.

    Hi thanks for the video..I got a wrist pain recently and it really helped. Ai gave a query- can i continue going to gym and lift weights which I was doing regularly but stopped recently after getting wrist pain. Thanks again for your vedios

    Hi Joelle, I'm recovering from a hip surgery and walking with crutches, which puts a lot of pressure on my hands and shoulders. This routine has been really helpful for my hand pain! However, I can't find a routine to release my shoulders/neck/upper back that I can do because they all demand poses I cannot do right now. Do you have an upper back routine that I can do seated on a chair or lying down on my back?

      So glad this is helpful for your wrists! Hmmm, I do have several upper back routines, though none that are exclusively supine or chair-based. I'd suggest looking through the upper body playlist here, where several of them could have large parts done in a chair to mimic what I'm doing sitting on the mat. ua-cam.com/play/PL9wzuXltV2000B1xmeO3rkE0RGuHw0nPm.html Off the top of my head I'd try the hunchback practice or the rhomboid one to see how those go for you, and there are probably a few others you could try, too!

    2nd time today and my wrists are starting to feel better - my thumbs on the other hand (no pun intended) are very sore

      That's good news, great job coming back to it! If your thumbs aren't used to being stretched and working like this, it's not unusual for them to feel sore - that shows they're doing the work :)
