Nearly cried during this one. I don’t know what sort of mental blockage I had that prevented me from taking care of myself, but after getting diagnosed with hypothyroidism I found this video on the Paloma Health app. Such a straightforward but also comforting tutorial, I never thought yoga would be mentally healing as well as physically.
i’m recovering from a pinched nerve in my neck and I truly feel this sequence helped speed up my recovery. I did this last night and could actually get out of bed this morning without help

I have corrected most of the issue with proper posture st my desk but sometimes i still have a tight neck every now and then. I sleep so much better with my neck relaxed after a long day
I have been practice this neck stretch routine also your shoulder and hips mobility started a week ago. It’s helping my body and spine align and the pain I was experiencing is melting… because my neck muscles got so stiff and now starts releasing… I deeply appreciate you have all these videos ❤
I so needed this to learn to take better care of my neck. I have so much tension built up and you helped me to learn how important it is to stretch out those muscles.
I commented on here approximately a year ago I have fibromyalgia and I'm still using it now and it's helping, although I'm doing it a bit more gently now as I was in a car accident about 6 weeks ago and although I'm not seriously hurt I got whiplash. I've not done this yoga routine for the last 6 weeks just doing the physio exercises (which are pretty similar only less). My neck is really hurting today and causing a really bad headache and I thought I may as well try just being careful not to push too far and it has helped. My neck still feels sore but a lot of the really bad tension has gone and my headache feels easier with no pain killers. I do also use some essential oils which are good for muscle pain and tension but I think using them and your yoga sequences together is so much more effective so thank you

Ive been doing this just about every day recently. When i started my neck and head made a lot of SOUNDS as I moved. Today I noticed less clicking/popping! Once again I really appreciate your videos, they've helped me immensely since I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.
