The muscles and ligaments surrounding your wrists, forearms, and shoulders are put to the test in each yoga pose, from downward dog to handstand. I commented a week ago on this video but i must tell you these stretches have helped tremendously with elbow pain. During the summer i started having elbow pain that kept me up at night. I tried apply ointments and used other online videos but the pain continued but your stretches have really made an impact. I wish i had a million dollars to give you because the pain is gone. I thank you so very much for giving me my life back. Thank you.

Yooo I fell on my hands a few weeks back and I'm still feeling the pain when I put pressure on the wrists. This is a good warmup before working the upper body. The pain decreases a lot. Thank you :)

This one is awesome. but theres still so many to do in order to get a complete wrist self-care routine.
Chronic tendonitis in both wrists (for over a year!) gradually lessened on its own but I'd still have occasional debilitating flareups. Immediate relief after I tried this routine, and since then I've found it's been a good preventative measure - no more flareups!
Yes!! I'm older so my hands, fingers and wrist have been used for many different tasks throughout my life. Right now I'm crocheting with raffia making a cowboy hat. This video helps me stretch and bend my tight fingers and wrists.

Well, for me, it hurt so good and the pain is still there.
I've been doing yoga for 32 days, planks, dwd, extended arm lunges are painful on my left wrist and the heel of my thumb, radiating up to my elbow. I will try this and some strengthening exercises for the forearms. 60's is hard and aging isn't for the faint hearted....just saying
This recent period of inactivity to is fairly new to me since the pandemic. The pain in my wrist is not new, it is however, exacerbated by the 20 lbs I gained in 2 years on a small frame.

Wow, thank you so much for these wonderful wrist stretches! 👍🙏 I work in order fulfillment, so all day long I am wrapping packages, so my wrists can get pretty tired and sore. I was feeling particularly tired in my hands and wrists today, and these exercises helped SO MUCH! 💖 I am going to try to take mini-breaks throughout the day and do these at work, so I can keep my hands and wrists feeling good and healthy.
