    for those of us stuck at home, you should do an apartment friendly kpop workout!!! (aka minimal jumping around) u are a kpop star!!!

    LOVED, LOVED this workout!! I usually hate ab workouts online because they’re all always on the mat and are too hard on the wrists. This was such a good balance of floor work + cardio. Thank you!!

    El primer día que la usé mi abdomen lucia genial, solo lo quería hacerlo los fines de semana pero me di cuenta que desde el lunes que dejé de hacerlo mi abdomen fue empeorando.

    I couldn't complete. My legs were in pain after Save me.🤤
    But one day soon, I'll do all your work out completely.
    And till then I'll keep up my work out routine.
    Which is following one of your bts videos on mon, tue, thu and friday.
    Wednesday is rest and weekends I am too lazy to do anything.
    Thanks for these videos. Seriously BTS is what I tell myself when I want to just not get up from bed after work.
