This is gorgeous! I changed a few things: I used only 1 cup of different nuts (walnuts, brazil nuts and cashews) and added 1/2 a cup of oats. And I did not cook the frozen rasberries, I just mixed everything together and used it this way. I do not like cooked rasberries that much. Thank you very much! I would like to ask: 1/3 cup of soaked cashews, is this before or after soaking? Its is also a little difficult to measure the cacao butter, if you give a weight, that would be easier. I took half a cup of really small pieces and it was almost 100g. But it went out well.

Hello! Here I used the cashew milk to make the creamy chocolate ganache. So the cashews and water mixture needs to be heated to make it thickens otherwise it will be liquid. Hope that helps!
I made today! Everything was fine until I added the cashew cream. The mix separated and it doesn’t look like in the video. It is too bad because the ingredients are so expensive. I would’ve made cream just with coconut milk and chocolate chips. I didn’t know it was going to separate the mix .
