hello hannah i saw the video ...new exercise the side plank with knee bends..... like like.... well i need to ask you a few questions 1. could u help me to get on sitting bones position while leaning back for core workout.... cause i sometimes feel a tad bit of tension post workout on my coccyx even if i use pillow m i doing something wrong?? it goes away next day but... 2. could u help me arch my back to get back flexibility n slowly i could try chakrasaan pose ... 3.could u also help teaching ways to do headstand or handstand... i know u must b thinking y these complex poses but i have learnt these poses help in resetting our hormonal issues n pushes health a tad bit more than normal poses n exercise..... as i got thyroid issue i m hoping to help my body.... i know you can n u will help me as much as possible...so thank u in advance....
