Hello Hannah!!! Just done it and feel great as so peaceful! I love complete session so it's a really good one!!! In my island as you have to know we live "the winter season", so the weather is quite cold, and today I took my time and did my workout at 11hAM. I'm very pleased to have it done in great mood because I didn't feel the heater by deep exercises! So, only joy and fun during my routine today!!! Thank you my friend to bring me such wonderful vibes by your so amazing workouts!!! I send you all my love and shine with you all my light!!! Namaste.
i did this yesterday .... i really enjoyed my arm burns.... by d way... my arms looks grt .... once i get little more shaped m gonna post u a pic of before n after.... although u help keeping the workout very interesting still this month due to various factors i m not able to do it as regularly as possible n my diet has gone bad too....so i may be September i wont have much difference... although i did pick ur best n most effective videos ....
