I will try my very best. this is one of my favorite workouts so far and I love the new moves. Of course I do the more advanced and challenging version and I can really feel the burn. Hi Alina. Somehow I missed your question, which I thought I replied earlier already. Hope it’s not too late. It is definitely okay to feel more on your booty. When you have a little different position for your hips, lower back, feet and knees, it will make your different muscles work. And it is all good as long as you keep moving. The more you workout, the more you will notice what makes the muscles you want to target work better. Also sometimes, when your core is stronger than your booty, you might feel it more on your booty. Pilates is awesome as it requires all of your muscles working together to make a great form. Hope it helps 💛
hi Mehvish, just mean shouldn't feel pressure to do each one. I would just do a couple and make a habit of enjoying myself lol. Love that you're combining Pilates with other styles of fitness, think the results for both will probably be better 💛
Moving Mango have always loved Pilates....did it regularly when I was in my 20s....now in my 40s taken it up again n just love it....esp your workouts with your gentle voice are amazing,
hey hannah starting soft n slow.... its a good workout... i like the new steps but i couldn't do it .. my leg wouldn't stay stable above ground like urs ... all in all i loved stretching too...

Also i would like to put my insight for 90days fall exercise... hannah hands down 28days social dist. was the best vid challenge till now... what i felt was very clear n i could see results on the day 28 ... i think if u could do longer part divided vid similar to 28day social D i think it would be a hit..cause we can divide n use according to our needs n preferences this way also beginners n intermediate ppl can do together n challenge themselves... pls pardon me if m over stepping but u c u made me a pilates enthusiast.... lots of love.... take care sweetie...

Hi girl, yeah, eventually will do something. Know a lot of people are uncomfortable with me not doing anything to monetize either. And, US work permits take a while to get, so just have to hold steady for a bit while I cannot work. Hopefully it comes soon! Think I could have a solution to adding more timers though!
Hi dear Eri! Thanks for the question! I think the time of day is a matter of preference. Earlier workouts will help jumpstart your metabolism, but both will provide benefits!

Hi dear, thanks for your question! Always listen to your body and never do anything that is uncomfortable. Please modify as you need to. Is it certain exercises that you are having difficulty with, like always on your back, when your neck is lifted, etc?

Hello Hannah! I have a question. I've noticed that when I do prone exercises whilst lying on my tummy it sometimes hurts the pubic bone quite badly and I feel like it will bruise. Is this normal or do you think that perhaps my form isn't quite right? My mat isn't a thin one so I wouldn't think that's the problem. Thank you so much for your time and also for your videos! :)
Hi Micky! Very hard for me say without seeing you move. Would definitely buy a thicker mat, I use about as thick a mat as I can find, and see a doctor if it's not normal. They will be able to help you quicker!

Flat mon pubis. It’s probably just how your body is naturally.
