    Thank you so so much for this practice Hannah 🙏🏾 I wasn’t feeling good at all and this class allowed me to unwind and release all the tension and negativity. 🥺 The mood that you set with the beautiful piano music, the lighting, and colors in the background were also perfect to feel calm and at peace. 🫶🏾 So thank you so so much! I feel rejuvenated. 🙏🏾

    I used to do your workouts before when i got injured and couldn’t do my usual routine. Now i’m older with a day job, i’m back here 😊 now i remember how much i love your workout videos 💛💛💛plus i my favorite fruit is mango 🥭
