    Hello Hannah!!! Just done it and feel great to continue with the next one!!! I've loved the neck stretching with the shoulder: never done it and feel so effective one!!! Thank you sweet teacher and let's continue for getting more relaxing postures!!! Namaste.

    thanks for your soul&your workout really before i play daily everything like cardio,zumba,fitness,but still yoga is the main in every morning
    asking about u not give rest between group & group of practice 😊
    also is it good to play yoga with yoga pants or with main shorts is good

      there are so many reasons that you aren't sweating, doesn't mean it's not good for your body. I don't sweat a lot unless it's a HITT workout. While I know many people do. Hope you still enjoy it.
