hellooo Hannah!! i love this arm routine!! i watched it frequently whenever i need some arm workout. i started to practice pilates in 2016 (yoga since 2014) and i just encountered your channel on march 2020, when quarantine started in my country. since then, im a loyal student! i shoud've found your channel faster :( at first i only did the 1 hour session for months, but then i wanted to curate my own workout, hence i combined some 20-30min session to be a complete 1 hour session. AND I LOVE IT!! sorry for the long comments. will be waiting for new videos (especially for arms hehehe), keep it up kay💕 much love from Indonesia
