Hello Hannah!!! Sorry about my late message! I did Day5 twice, the first time onTuesday, and the second on Wednesday, because, I have invited a friend to practice it with me. She never did Pilates before, and was very pleased to have discovered it. I love Pilates workouts and so if I have the opportunity to share my routine I do it with a great pleasure. So, Thank you sweet Hannah to give us a real gift by being with us everyday!!! Lots of love. Namaste.
I had to come on my PC to write this because it was such a relief on my shoulder pain. I have been going to the chiropractor to treat my back and shoulder pain due to my degrading posture. I can feel it getting worse as I reach my 30s. This workout totally took the pain away. I will take this as a sign to continue with your workouts even more so.

Love! Love! Love! ❤️ Even the second part was greater than the the fisrt! The only thing I'm missing is the time counter of the 2nd round and the cool down. I always perfer to know the timing and how much is left 😊
Day 5 Done. And What a killer💥 routine you've created Hannah.! Especially the side lie bit, omygoodness, so amazing.😭 While on the lying on stomach sequences, I was feeling exhausted, and then came the side lie, wow. From head to toe, everything has been worked on. And I feel so energised after the cool-down, its unbelievable. 🤩 Hope you're having a good time and enjoying a pleasant weather Hannah. 💛🤗✨

this one was really nice... actually i can feel my muscles working n new movements love them all.... i think we could increase the duration of the new movements special one on plank position it gives a stretch n strength effect together..... thank u ..it was very good....

hi Sheryn! Indeed, Zach & I got married in early March, it was the start of COVID so we will have our wedding and similar once things calm down. We started the channel together 2 years (today!) and he knows he's a lucky guy for talking me into marrying him 😉 (I love him so much!)

Hi! I am loving these workouts but i am having a hard time with the poses with the neck kept up from the mat. It's very painful. Any suggestions_
Use your hand to support your head. Also can keep it down on the mat until your core is stronger. Hope it helps 💛
