    Every Saturday morning I wake up with all the positive energy I have and do your exercises.... It's the most enjoyable moment of the week I have and I truly madly deeply thank you! It's something I do for myself and only me know how much this matters to me!

    Thank you rebecca your message is really powerfull, especially the last part of "noyone is coming to safe you" because its soo truee!! (I guess its because of watching too much anime haha) But really, we are always surrounded by such fantasies and I would get so upset because all I ever wanted was that one person who could confort me and make me feel better but reality is you have to help yourself! I am definitely still working on this still but really thankyou!

    Dear Rebecca :) Thank you so much for making this video and being our motivational speaker for the day. Although we haven't met in person, all these years of knowing you, following your workout consistently, getting the chance to listen to you have influenced me so much. I took the notes down and I will look at them often to remind myself of what I truly vision my life and future. And I definitely want to achieve my dream. Seeing you working hard and traveling around so much really inspired me to push myself to work harder as well. It is not easy along the way I have to admit. But I once heard a wise person said: "Enjoy being in whatever stage you are in" because at the end of the day, you will get what you want if you keep up with this mindset. I love this so much. I am on the process of applying for Master Degree in Germany and it will start in October this year. It's a language I am still foreign with, but I set my intetion to something completely new, I have my vision in my head and the future and I will expand it and do my best to fulfill it one day at a time. I will be my owwn hero and winner! I will put all these things into action and surround myself with great vibe and friends. I really can't wait!
    Thank you again Rebecca. I love you and hope one day we will meet!!! It is one of the dreams I have haha

    Needed to hear this today! Sometimes we all just need a reminder of what we truly are capable of and in need of a reality check to knock us back into a positive and uplifting mindset.     Rebecca u was wondering if doing your bikini arms,legs and abs are too much to do everyday for 6 days a weeks

      I recommend 30 minutes of exercise a day and a focus on whole, natural foods :)
