I was also apart of SCJ for like 6 months. I left just before they revealed who they were and who this “promised pastor” was. I tried to reach out to one of the main teachers to try and get them out by showing them through scripture the deity of Christ but before I could she just said “we never denied the deity of Christ” and that I was mistaken. She blatantly lied about their own doctrine to try and keep me from leaving. Thanks for confirming that in the beginning I was so sure they denied the deity of Christ. God bless you brothers in sisters.

@@boni2197 it was a pretty scary experience honestly. I wish I could help those people in there but some of them are just in too deep. Praying for them. But yea like I said, when I called the main instructor for them denying Christ as God she said that they didn’t believe that and that I was misunderstanding. Almost to try and make me feel like I was going crazy. It’s sad because they have such a zeal for God but they don’t realize their zeal is for a man. They’re preaching a different gospel.

Great video and I'm looking forward to part 2. I really like the point made at 18:00 about deceiving or what I'm more familiar with is the "righteous lie" . I love the verse used in Roman's. Also from what I've read , wmscog also had a website for former members and leaders would use that for information on members. So glad you got out!

Thx for the video. Idk what should I do if I leave SCJ. I've never felt so glad about understanding the Bible, however all the former members testimonies are scary. I feel really anxious about this stuff and don't even wanna either go to another church or stay at SCJ. I also remember that one day my evangelist started to cry bc she got several sms from classmates saying they won't continue studying the Bible with them and she said "it's sad they don't truly believe, but it's already prophesied". I've been looking for enough proof to leave them and not regret and one of the things that really got stuck in my mind is the fact how they use psychology to make one feels guilty or bad if doesn't agree completely with their teaching. But the most heartbreaking fact is that feeling of hopeless without being sure of how things are, revelation and salvation and eternal life. Dunno if at this point realizing of all this am I the only one feeling afraid, mad and disappointed as never before with God and His stuff.
Don't be mad at God ...God gave you the discernment. God is actually trying to work with you with the discernment and open your eyes. Leaving them isn't leaving God. God will guide you on what to do next after you leave that group. Keep it just you, God and his word for now.

I just left SCJ a few days ago and I know exactly how you feel. You become lost and have trust issues trying to figure out what the truth is. But I honestly believe that if God wanted us to be in SCJ, we would not have an uneasy feeling about staying. Leave now before you get in too deep

Thank you for this. I just encountered a cult evangelist in NYC (on Christmas). He said he was having a Bible study and invited us, but I was dubious and asked where. He said it’s appointment only. He bounced everywhere in the Bible starting with Revelation and made little sense, and kept saying, “Passover is what seals us.” I disagreed and then pressed him on what I was assuming was just a works based message. Then he said, “Jesus came back again in 1948, and we have to take Passover to avoid hell.” I pressed him more then he said “Jesus is in South Korea, and we now know the Holy Spirit’s name. It’s Shincheonji.” He then pleaded with us to join the study, but I politely declined. Had it not been for these videos, I wouldn’t have known what cult it was; granted, I still would’ve declined.
How do you detox the mind control & brainwashing from this? Just got out of the Bible study after 4 months in! It really messed up my thinking!!
Can you difine the meaning of the word trinity?
We were told that LMH is immortal not die, by an evangelist. He is to fulfill the prophecy and take part in first ressurection as well.

Lee Man Hee said it with his own mouth on UA-cam that if you look at the hands of the 7 messengers you'll see the marks and they can't deny it. So that makes me wonder who were they cutting their arteries for? Why call themselves 7 stars and how can the events occur exactly as Lee described!!!
You took part in advanced classes right? You saw the pictures yourself right? Not only 7 stars but more pictures of these people, congregation members etc.

Life is harder and unfair than all the religious debate. Once i was attending their biblical class.....i remember the instructor saying to the students to have reverence to God......by being descent in the class (not doing multi tasking while learning from God's scripture). They seemed to be burdened with teaching their understanding of the Bible to the world (specifically Christians). It's better to reach gospel to the unreached i guess. so there i disagree.

Hello great light studios there's a testimony of LMH himself telling his story and how he saw angel. It's here on UA-cam one of revelations reminars(revelation 1) if you want to judge directly from his mouth you can see it.
They say SCJ 10 thousand times throughout every sermon. How did you not know??? I just think people don't like being called a cult and quit because they asked too much of them. I haven't heard anyone give an honest answer to why they quit. Mya advice would be to just watch their videos and not get involved in the church. Otherwise, their doctrine is just as flawed as the average Christian doctrine.

I'm not a current member. I just barely learned of this group a couple of days ago. But they don't remind me of a cult (beyond the fact that the founder believes he chosen by God). Other than that, not one person has convinced me that this is a bad group of people or some crazy cult. Basic Christianity is one of the main culprits of false doctrine; but this group breaks down parables. I like that. But, I study alone. I don't need to join any group. I just wish people would stop whining. If you disagree, then move on. #PERIOD

Because Christ is God's "word", not God himself. He is God's "word" made flesh and dwelt among us (John 1:14). Jesus also said, My father is greater than I (John 14:28)... Again, just because you disagree doesn't make them a cult. I don't agree with the JW and I don't believe in other religions, but that doesn't make them a cult. When it comes to SCJ, the word cult is being thrown around loosely. You all are only repeating each other. But, what you're suggesting isn't lining up with what I'm seeing on their channel. You even said yourself that they are the nicest people. All I'm suggesting is to not slander people just because you don't believe certain parts of their doctrine. God will hold you accountable. You're delusional if you think I filtered out one of your comments. That only further shows your frame of thought. Second, I'm not a student of SCJ. I told you I just recently found their channel a couple days ago and I see so many of you on here trying to slander this group simply because you disagree with their doctrine. I have my own channel with my own perspective. The difference is, I'm not as nice as they are when delivering my perspective.
About the tactics, they are not shady they are strategic, there's a difference. The reason they don't tell you at first who they are is because they want to see if you would stay and persevere for the truth, the word and teachings given from SCJ. They want to give you the opportunity to learn and to discern for yourself the truth and the way to heaven.
And the bible is written figuratively NOT metaphorically, in order to hide the secrets of the kingdom of heaven (Revelation) from the enemy, from Satan who's spirit and uses flesh to stop the work of God's kingdom from establishing here on earth (hope this makes sense).
Chris this is what I went through, and because the grace of God, I found out the truth for myself, because SCJ does give you the time and space to make the decision to stay or leave. The door is always open at SCJ they do not control you. They give you the time to make your choice without force.
**NOTE: It's important to know now that SCJ are no longer using these strategies in harvesting people into the church. I have to say these strategies worked for me because I was someone who was seeking for the truth in the word, and SCJ had the truth and could teach it clearly without adding and taking away from the word Rev 22:18-19.
SCJ has revealed everything about themselves now, only because it was the right time to and people are leaving their churches and are flocking to SCJ because of God's word, people have discerned the time we are in and want to know the way to heaven!
- Mt 24:41-51 (Jesus at the time of second coming)
- Rev 14 (the work of harvesting people into God's kingdom).
Chris I really wish you stayed and overcame your own thoughts with the word and perceived accurately and not by your own thoughts Is 55:8-9, but I know you were only taking precaution for yourself, it sounds like you were on the fence the whole time and were trying to make sense of it all. But letting you know it's ok, and I can see you've made your decision.
The opened scroll, is mentioned in Rev 5, Rev 10 also in Rev 1:1 Chris should have mentioned ALL these scriptures and went through them with the host, because they are important scripture for others to see how the book of Revelation fulfills and how the prophecies spoken of in the New Testament would fulfill, and shows who the messenger and the promised pastor is at the time of the second coming and the place of salvation.
**NOTE: A cult is a church/organisation that teaches their own thoughts and understanding of God's word and teaches anything else than what it says in the Bible. Shincheonji
(SCJ) teaches exactly what it says in the bible without adding and taking away, from beginning to end and knows the way to heaven and to salvation all shown in the bible. The bible, the word is the blueprint, the path for us to know the way to heaven.
@@Penguinsxz It's not lying it's called wisdom, we were all told that they were using wisdom on us to get us to think. SCJ really have a loving heart to not reveal everything all at once, because it's too much for some to contain, if they did reveal everything we would never be saved and receive salvation and would think it's a cult straight away, not realising the importance of learning from SCJ is because they have the WORD - Jn 1:1-5. This is a reason why they don't reveal everything I can tell you don't have a heart to understand the truth and you don't have ears to hear, your heart is hardened. The only things I can say is that I hope one day you have perception of the word, then you'll be able to truly understand what God's will is for you, your family and friends. It's to be able to enter heaven. This is what our hope is for ourselves our loved ones and all of humanity 🙏🏼❤️
I hear you but what do you have to say about the change in the doctrines? Why did LMH need to change doctrine in his books? If you haven't watched the videos showing proof please do.You mentioned an important part (adding or subtracting) to God word. However when we look at little birds videos he showed precisely what LMH had been subtracting and adding.
Last time I checked in the BIBLE Jesus didn't need to keep on improving his doctrine, he prohecied things as they are and they happened exactly as he had mentioned.
However now Rv7 is not even being fulfilled by the order of "after this" as it was mentioned...
@@Cre-qi2xy nothing can ever justify manipulating someone to tell you personal things and then report to others. Most people in SCJ are paranoid for the new students to believe the doctrine to the point of always checking their body language in classes, taking pictures of them in classes, screenshots of personal things to justify by saying that "it's for seeing if the person is buying what is being said or not". Or to protect from Satan. That's manipulation.
Was Jesus always asking his disciples to spy on people and make them say personal things, lie about their lives or experiences just to get the other person talking... All for the sake of the gospel?

@@boni2197 SCJ members are not paranoid, it's passion and love for people to help them to realise the darkness people were in, and we as SCJ members were once those that were in darkness as well, sinning and receiving false doctrines from previous churches we use to attend and this is my truth as well.
**You're forgetting on why SCJ reports, we must report accurately because this is the work of harvesting, remember we all going to be judged on our words and actions, it's that simple. And the reporting helps leaves, JDSN other members in duty who may need to refer back on anything for the fruit. It's all to service the fruit into God's kingdom safely.
**Trust in God and the work of the spirit and NOT people
Question yourself what manipulation is. SCJ doesn't manipulate they use wisdom on people and like I said before, this wisdom they used worked out. And be sure you don't have any unforgiveness towards SCJ and with people in general, If you have unforgiveness, I sincerely ask If you could try and work on forgiving what these people did to you and what other people in your life have done to you, but it's your choice.
We should be grateful for the word we received at SCJ it's life and light, and it's healed me from a lot of things, now why didn't it do the same to you? Really ask yourself that question? You're really gonna let a few things get in the way of you receiving Salvation? I wish you overcame with the word, which we were all trained to do, and we here at SCJ are still overcoming and constantly changing and growing.
Never forget that a lot of us have gone through so much struggle in our lives, and no one could help us, especially me, but only the word helped me.
I can testify with confidence that this word and the doctrine I'm receiving from SCJ has helped me to heal and it still is!!
Please realise a lot of us have come from tough traumatic experiences and immense pain and needed healing. God's word, God's law his doctrine is light and is what we needed in us, God's seed in us. seed = word.
We believe that the work we carry out faithfully God will reward us in heaven...AND we really want to live in heaven, a place of eternal REST from this world that is beautiful in it's creation, YET full of corruption, sickness, death, hurt, pain....do you want to live forever in a place like this? Think about it!

The way the first resurrection and the marriage of spirit and flesh wasn't explained properly, and Chris a reminder to not add and take away from the bible Rev 22:18-19. Try not to get caught up in the smaller details, but the bigger picture of what God's Will truly is.
Please specify what he said that was wrong and then state what is right so that people can understand what you are talking about.
Finer details are important to some of us that care about what is true.

People on trial are convicted or exonerated by the small details, and so can SCJ's flaws be exposed.
@@SCJSkeptic Why would I listen and follow someone who is a skeptic? A skeptic is someone who is unstable, and is double minded and doubts, someone who doesn't know the way to heaven. Can you honestly say that you know the way to heaven? Think about it....
The only way to know of how to get to heaven is by seeing what it says in the word. The word is the blueprint, like a map to show you where to go, to receive, to learn the words, the New Covenant in order to obtain eternal life in heaven, where there is no more death, mourning, crying or pain. Truly a place of freedom, peace and love. Don't we all want that? There's so many people in the world that want the truth and what to know how to get heaven, THIS is what Schincheonji teaches. Follow someone who actually knows what they are talking about, not a skeptic.
@@andrewsimmons9893 But SCJ has been made innocent of all the trials and persecution against them. SCJ is aware of the persecution that they may face every day. People are waiting for heaven and want to go to heaven, it's that simple!
In February 24th, Lee Man-hee, chairman of Shincheonji Church, once again urged Russian President Vladimir Putin to withdraw troops immediately and implement HWPL's Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War with concrete actions.
Please state what these concrete actions are. Note that I am referring to the practical application of HWPL's DPCW.
What power does a signed paper have when leaders of all countries wasn’t even involved in signing the document?
It's a terrible situation, don't make this about some stranger to their nation who has yet to prove that the DPCW has any affect in the real world.
