Enjoying your videos but do you have any that are more intermediate / get you sweating for 2nd/3rd trimester? Also, any recommendations on yoga pants that fit over the belly?! Thx!
Thanks Michelle! Yes, this one is great for that ua-cam.com/video/oeL1bxL14_c/v-deo.html My prenatal yoga pants are from GAP and THYME mostly, but I'm sure there are other maternity yoga pants that would work. I pretty much lived in tights at the end as I couldn't bother with regular pants :)
I find yoga overalls very comfy for prenatal practice. Them fit belly just in perfect way. I am on my 5th month. May be later they will not provide enough support, I don't know, but from the begining untill now I am happy with freedom they give to the belly.

39 weeks, felt good to do in the morning, but the camel pose felt like it would cause a dome in my bump so I refrained from it
