I’m also doing threadmill after this Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ I feel better today as I manage to do all of them until the end Day 4: skipped :( Day 5: ✅ Day 6:✅ Day 7: skipped Day 8:✅ I feel much more stronger and exercises are easier to complete Day 9: ✅ Day 10: rest - i was feeling a lil bit overwhelmed so resting helped me alot i feel like every time i do a rest day i become better at this Day 11: ✅ I’m seeing big improvements on my body it got leaned a bit overall. My mom approved and said i definitely got leaner. I also try to eat healthy i lost 2 kgs as of now Day 12:✅ Day 13:✅ I was sick so I didn't do it for few days but now I'm back, I got great results from this my legs definitely got skinnier so I recommend this workout to everyone.

Continuing Emi Wong's 30-minute cardio workout for months now, I count it as a success as someone who has reached Ms. Wong's pace while I used to do it at my own pace. I also consider it a success (since I have an endomorph body shape) that fat on any side of my body (chest area, arms, collarbones, legs and thighs, etc.) gets thinner and that someone who is out of breath doesn't get tired while going up and down stairs 3 or 4 times. so please don't tire yourself at all, but make an effort and you will seriously see the difference! 👏🏻🧡 thank you for this excellent exercises. 😇

doing this over spring break (i already started it but i’m now gonna do a comment) day 1: low key killed me but did it without any breaks (except the ones she added) day 2: still difficult but a little easier day 3: skipped because it was easter and i didn’t have any time, i did like 50 push ups some crunches and other small workouts tho. day 4: surprisingly a lot easier then before my stomach looks a little flatter :) my legs are pretty muscular so i’m just trying to lose my leg fat day 5+6: slowly getting a lot easier, i’m starting to see results to anyone looking at the comments before doing the workout to see if it works just do it trust me, it may be difficult while doing it but once you finish you will feel a lot better and proud of your self for pushing through. even if u cant finish it the first day keep coming back and working to finish the workout. if you keep doing this and other workouts consistently you will see results and it will become easier for you. love you all and you are all so beautiful ❤❤❤

(。•̀ᴗ-)✧ day 1 : i feel so weak omg, i can't even finish some of the exercices ! but no pain no gain ig ୧(^ 〰 ^)୨ day 2 : i had so much body aches this morning ! i feel confident but still sooo weak, like in day 1 day 3 : i can see that i'm a bit thinner/my waist and abs are more prominent and some exercices are easier to do ! day 4 : some exercices were very easy to do, so i replaced them with the ones i struggled to do ! no change compared to yesterday day 5 : i skipped but walked during an hour :) day 6 : changed workout bc that one is too easy for me ahah

Hey Emi! I downloaded this video a year ago but was veryy lazy to start. However, this july i wanted to just go for this challenge only for 2 weeks. I am still continuing these sets of exercises except the Side Leg Drop one cause it's too hard for me, i just cannot pull the bottom leg up, it strains my shoulder, so on that time i do Leg Lift + Front one. But i must say this training is quite effective. I realised in this video you saying those encouraging words and phrases and reminding your audience of the time remaining helped me a lot to hang in there. Please continue giving amazing voice-overs. I just wanted to suggest you to add a few seconds at the end of the training in which we could see you in person, as you do in the beginning for the introduction. day 1 : i feel so weak omg, i can't even finish some of the exercices ! but no pain no gain ig ୧(^ 〰 ^)୨
day 2 : i had so much body aches this morning ! i feel confident but still sooo weak, like in day 1
day 3 : i can see that i'm a bit thinner/my waist and abs are more prominent and some exercices are easier to do !
day 4 : some exercices were very easy to do, so i replaced them with the ones i struggled to do ! no change compared to yesterday
day 5 : i skipped but walked during an hour :)
day 6 : changed workout bc that one is too easy for me ahah

Hey Emi! I downloaded this video a year ago but was veryy lazy to start. However, this july i wanted to just go for this challenge only for 2 weeks. I am still continuing these sets of exercises except the Side Leg Drop one cause it's too hard for me, i just cannot pull the bottom leg up, it strains my shoulder, so on that time i do Leg Lift + Front one. But i must say this training is quite effective.
I realised in this video you saying those encouraging words and phrases and reminding your audience of the time remaining helped me a lot to hang in there. Please continue giving amazing voice-overs. Love from Bangladesh! ^^
