    I came across your channel an year ago. I was 14 and weighed 64 kgs at the time when I started following your workouts and oh my, it helped me so much. Now I'm 15 and I weigh 52 kgs. I'm so thankful to you for my transformation. I've been staying in good shape because of you, your workouts are just so amazing! Will continue doing your workouts and stay fit!       @@abcdfu123 I do maintain a simple diet. I intake healthy and nutritious food nd avoid junk goods but yeah I do have cheat days twice or thrice a month.

    Thankyou Emi's instruction , I am really gaining lots of weights because of taking some kinds of medincine , I loved to do sports at home ,rather than in the gym , those I tried both , but everyday doing 2-3 sets of HIIT and doing yours ecercise , that's really makes me feel relaxing when I sweats a lot 🤭🤭A little support to Emi , keep producing nice video :)

    I’m gonna update here everyday:
    Day 1: ✅ I loved this workout. I felt my legs shaking can’t wait to do this for a while and see the results. I’m also doing threadmill after this
    Day 2: ✅
    Day 3: ✅ I feel better today as I manage to do all of them until the end
    Day 4: skipped :(
    Day 5: ✅
    Day 6:✅
    Day 7: skipped
    Day 8:✅ I feel much more stronger and exercises are easier to complete
    Day 9: ✅
    Day 10: rest - i was feeling a lil bit overwhelmed so resting helped me alot i feel like every time i do a rest day i become better at this
    Day 11: ✅ I’m seeing big improvements on my body it got leaned a bit overall. My mom approved and said i definitely got leaner. I also try to eat healthy i lost 2 kgs as of now

    I was sick so I didn't do it for few days but now I'm back, I got great results from this my legs definitely got skinnier so I recommend this workout to everyone.

    i’m going to update here everyday!! 💓
    - day 1 : ✔️ amazing workout, i love it!! it’s not too hard and i love the repetition of the exercises, it’s really helping. i hope to see the results soon!
    - day 2 : ✔️ my body aches so bad today!!! i really struggled to finish the workout but i dit it. i can’t see any results for now but since my body is aching it’s still a good thing :)
    - day 3 : ✔️ my body aches less but i really struggled to finish it today. can’t see any results yet, but i will keep going :)
    - day 4 : ✔️ i’m on my period today so i felt very weak during the workout… i struggled a little bit less, but it was still hard.
    - day 5 : ✔️ felt a little bit weak but i still dit it!
    - day 6 : ✔️ i’m doing better today. also i was able to do in a better way some of the exercises that were very difficult for me, so i feel like i’m making a bit of progress :)
    - day 7 : ✔️ the workout was easier for me to do, and I feel a lot better!!
    - day 8 : ✔️ the workout was really easy to do today, and i took the time to stretch at the end. i can see that i have a little bit more abs but it’s not that much, i need to keep going longer to see more results!
    - day 9 : the workout was pretty easy today! i feel like i really need to keep going if i wanna see really good results bc my abs are starting to show a little bit (not a lot though).
    - day 10 : ✔️ the workout was pretty easy today, but my legs were a bit sore. i can see that my abs are showing a bit more and i’m starting to have a thigh gap (but it’s really really small for now!).
    - day 11 : ✔️ the workout was pretty easy today, and my abs are showing a bit more. also, hold abs is definitely the hardest exercise for me, i struggle so hard when i do it!
    - day 12 : ✔️ the workout was very easy today. my abs are showing a bit but i still struggle to get rid of my belly pouch😞
    - day 13 : ✔️ i had to get back to school today after the holidays. i’m going to try as much as i can to do the workout often but it’s a bit tiring after school… however i felt pretty good today and the workout was pretty easy. i just feel like i gained weight on my stomach… honestly idk.
    - day 14 : ❌ skipped i’m sorry. i had a really bad day and just felt too tired bc of school…
    - day 15 : ✔️ that was pretty easy. it has been 2 weeks now and i’m thinking about starting another workout even though i absolutely love this one! i can also feel that my abs are there but not prominent yet so i’m still not very satisfied…
    - day 16 : ✔️ it was pretty easy today!! i’m still thinking about changing workout though…
    - day 17 : ✔️
    so, i’m done with this workout because i’m going to start doing another one! first of all i’m very glad that I was able to do this workout during 2 weeks straight, since it was my original challenge for this workout!! (even tough i did it for a bit more days than 2 weeks). overall this workout is amazing, really fun, and so effective! i have to admit that you have to do it everyday for a few weeks if you want to see results, but it really help you build strong abs pretty fast (even for beginners). thank you emi 💕💕

    Continuing Emi Wong's 30-minute cardio workout for months now, I count it as a success as someone who has reached Ms. Wong's pace while I used to do it at my own pace. I also consider it a success (since I have an endomorph body shape) that fat on any side of my body (chest area, arms, collarbones, legs and thighs, etc.) gets thinner and that someone who is out of breath doesn't get tired while going up and down stairs 3 or 4 times. so please don't tire yourself at all, but make an effort and you will seriously see the difference! 👏🏻🧡 thank you for this excellent exercises. 😇

    Day 4 ✅(now I can feel tightness in my thigh and core )
    Yesterday is Sunday so I'll take rest 😁

    I had an injury on my leg due to an accident 😢I didn't complete it . But
    I will continue it from tomorrow and it's my 100 days challenge 😊

    doing this over spring break (i already started it but i’m now gonna do a comment)
    day 1: low key killed me but did it without any breaks (except the ones she added)
    day 2: still difficult but a little easier
    day 3: skipped because it was easter and i didn’t have any time, i did like 50 push ups some crunches and other small workouts tho.
    day 4: surprisingly a lot easier then before my stomach looks a little flatter :) my legs are pretty muscular so i’m just trying to lose my leg fat
    day 5+6: slowly getting a lot easier, i’m starting to see results
    to anyone looking at the comments before doing the workout to see if it works just do it trust me, it may be difficult while doing it but once you finish you will feel a lot better and proud of your self for pushing through. even if u cant finish it the first day keep coming back and working to finish the workout. if you keep doing this and other workouts consistently you will see results and it will become easier for you. love you all and you are all so beautiful ❤❤❤

    You should make an unlisted playlist with your workout vids re-uploaded with no talking for ppl who do prefer that though! everyone learns differently

    I started doing these routines with my wife and I love it. Look forward to our progress. Some of these exercises are sloppy at best for me but that is how I will also measure my progress as they start to clean up and develop better control. Mahalo Nui Emi!!

    1 день:Я делаю 2 подхода утром днём и вечером.Также стараюсь питаться гречкой и белком .За день минул 1.5см😮Я в шоке(Кстати делала ещё упражнения от отёков) Продолжаю.

    Hello Emi, thank you for your lovely Gym exercices ! I just wanted to suggest you to add a few seconds at the end of the training in which we could see you in person, as you do in the beginning for the introduction. Because I always feel frustrated not to see you saying goodbye and sharing congrats by voice only and having a 'subscribe' screen instead. That'll be so nice !!

    i'll try to update here every day for a week ! (⁠。⁠•̀⁠ᴗ⁠-⁠)⁠✧
    day 1 : i feel so weak omg, i can't even finish some of the exercices ! but no pain no gain ig ୧⁠(⁠^⁠ ⁠〰⁠ ⁠^⁠)⁠୨
    day 2 : i had so much body aches this morning ! i feel confident but still sooo weak, like in day 1
    day 3 : i can see that i'm a bit thinner/my waist and abs are more prominent and some exercices are easier to do !
    day 4 : some exercices were very easy to do, so i replaced them with the ones i struggled to do ! no change compared to yesterday
    day 5 : i skipped but walked during an hour :)
    day 6 : changed workout bc that one is too easy for me ahah

    I start doing this challenge today and i will do it for at least 2 weeks
    Target 60 kg now 69 kg
    Day 1 : complete, the plank was a bit hard
    Day 2: complete in the morning, my legs hurt a litle more this time
    Day 3: i have a test in the morning so this time i did it late, and uff it was more dificult.
    Tomorrow i will do other set of this and other exercises
    Day 4: completeee , i was tireed but i did it
    Day 5: rest
    Day 6: did it ( now i weigth 68.70 kg)
    Day 7 ; busy monday ( i didnt do it)
    Day 8 : made it in time
    Day 9: completeed

    I’ll try my best to do this at least 4x a week for the first month to keep it realistic!
    01/01 -✅ I could barely get through the abs workout ones so hopefully I’ll improve on that…
    02/01 - ✅ Abs hurt like hell
    03/01 -✅ abs hurt less, managed to get through the abs workout one without collapsing

    Hey Emi! I downloaded this video a year ago but was veryy lazy to start. However, this july i wanted to just go for this challenge only for 2 weeks. I am still continuing these sets of exercises except the Side Leg Drop one cause it's too hard for me, i just cannot pull the bottom leg up, it strains my shoulder, so on that time i do Leg Lift + Front one. But i must say this training is quite effective.
    I realised in this video you saying those encouraging words and phrases and reminding your audience of the time remaining helped me a lot to hang in there. Please continue giving amazing voice-overs. Love from Bangladesh! ^^
