I had mini bikes as a kid but never got a go kart,
I'm a retired mechanic and this year I built myself a bad-ass retro style go kart,
It will hang a corner like a demon, no understeer or oversteer it just digs in and goes,
It came out better than I dreamed, I can't believe I made it.

Nice video, you be killing them tires bro lol, you mad consider putting a slight bigger tires it will increase the speed. Some 13x5.00-6 tires 4 ply better for highway use.

When its popping on decel it means its running lean which will damage your engine. The round jet on the outside bottom of carbeaurator needs to be opened up more. Try 1/4 turn out until the popping stops. the fuel mix and pilot jet control 1/4 throttle to idle and the main jet controls past 1/4 throttle to full throttle. POPPING IS TERRIBLE! You said it means its good. IT"S NOT!!!!!!
@Skott LeFever your wrong and I won’t argue with you any further. Popping on developing can be a few things..... exhaust leaks at joints and lean factor. I know because I have a shop and dyno.

I had mines almost full volume and the speaker blowed and its just doing ringing electric noise when I try using them lol

Install a Torque converter, because it is makes very big difference plus it is 60 dollars at amazon.com!!!
What exactly does a torque converter do?
@@fhlfndsnfhjdirbe6617 it's the type of transmission used in a scooter, it is basically an automatic clutch with variable gear ratios determined by the speed at wich the engine is turning, if you wanna look into it search cvt transmission

Can you please tell me your altitude, because in the manual of the engine it says that the optimal altitude for the engine use is 3000ft. I wanna know can I run it at 3250ft (990m).

What are you talking about it’s good when it pops yes it may sound good but it is not good. You said it means it’s rich it doesn’t it mean it’s lean which is not good for it. If an engine is running rich it will blow a bit of black smoke or not rev out properly. How about you learn some stuff about engines before you start trying to work on them.
