Another really good product that sticks just as good for about half the price is Sika-11fc. It works good on nosings and transitions. I always scuff the backs of the nosings to help create a better bonding surface. But this stuff is solid! It took me 30 minutes to chisel out a reducer along an 8 ft slider once. There was nothing wrong with the reducer, it was the slider that was being removed and replaced so it had to come out. It was brutal but from that point on I was convinced that this is the stuff I'll be going with for now on. 👍🏻
I know this is an old comment but I want to thank you. I recently glued my Lifeproof LVP down to my stairs with PL Premium leaving the rubber backer in place as per Home Depot's recommendations, and they popped off like they were glued with peanut butter. I'm going to order some of this Sika and redo the installation. I'm hoping to have much better results
What about when you are putting a bullnose for LVP on a concrete stair? We have two concreted stairs going from the main house to a large add on room and we can nail anything in to the concrete. Will the adhesive work to hold the bullnose to the concrete?

@@lcann251 You might want to remove the rubber/foam backer. Usually manufactures specify that in their instructions. Probably why it failed.
I just ordered it, let’s see if this works on my stair noses. Next option is to nail it in!
This product is amazing. I have found some great uses for it as well
Yes it is, I use it for multiple things

I'm about to install coretec on some steps next week. What kind of glue do you use to bond the cork back flooring to the step?
@@Michael_78 any kind of polyurethane based wood flooring adhesive
Will it hold the SPC vynyl flooring nose which is very hard.....? I tried PL premium and it didn't even hold
Yes, it will
Looks like it works for me. How much is a tube of this
It would be great if this was actually available for purchase. Any alternatives you'd recommend?
quad adhesive / sealant from home depot or lowe's is a good alternative.
Sika 11fc and its half the price
Can you just use super glue or gorilla glue?
I also have that same plastic stair nose for my Nucor lvp. however my step is 17 ft long. Any ideas how to seem the stairnoses together?
Factory to factory
Thx!
Can you use this glue on the foam back of the plank without removing the foam?
As long as the foam does not scrape off easily
I would remove the foam
Can you link to the vide showing the install?
Thank you very much

I’d like to see a showdown between this, BASF’s Masterweld 948, and PL Premium Max to see who the real boss is.
whats the best other alternative product that I can pick up at Lowes or Home Depot...that is quite strong?
LOCTITE PL Premium 3x
Got the point- it ain't comin' off.
Can I use vinyl stair nose with laminate stair treads ? Wouldn't it be just like the vinyl transition pieces ?
Yup
## Ardex CA 20 P Multi Purpose construction adhesive and sealant.
Any guidance on where to find this? It’s out of stock in the link you provided.
Snap, oh sorry I’m not sure where else to get it
Question = Should I remove the cork on my lvp prior to using this glue on my riser?
Yes!
Love the content
Awesome
Don’t use liquid nail
It doesn’t work at all, At least with LVP
Construction adhesive. And you need to sand the 2 surfaces first
Liquid nail should work right ?
for a space of time, it will turn brittle and break loose
Will PL 3 hold up?
🤷♂️i never use it
What about for vinyl stair nosing?
Yes sir this works great for that
Whee to buy this?
Liquid nail don't last long bad experience with liquid nail
Would you put the product name / # down here in the comments?
Yes sir
