i completely agree! the exact same thing is happening, i love her videos and really appreciate the time she's spent to create them, but the ads are a bit much
I teach yoga, mat and Barre classes, and I’m always looking for new sequences. This was great for core and lower body. Not quite “total body” for biceps, triceps, chest and back, but great for legs, glutes, and core.🙏🥰

This was a very good class for my 73 year old body. Liked the music and the moves❤️.
I did this one - (everything except the four legged slipper carry! 9:35😁) - though I suspect some of the moves look a little less impressive when I do them - ah well! 👍
