Hope you are all having a lovely day. Welcome back to day 2 of the 7-day pilates summer challenge for 2024. This challenge offers various benefits both physically i.e improving core strength, enhancing flexibility, achieving a better posture and increased energy levels as well as emotionally i.e. helping relieving stress and improve focus.
All 7 videos are either 15 or 20 minutes long allowing it to be time manageable and fit into all of our busy routines.

my arms... so week... halfway through the plank combos i wasn't sure if i was still planking lol but i loved having the explanation alongside the workout!!
these actually feel managable as a beginner!!❤️this didn't feel like it went on forever and the breathing reminders were so helpful!!

I love your workouts but I wish you could do some workouts that target more arms as whenever you are doing more full plank exercises I’m literally unable to do them - although I’m getting slightly better:)

Hey guys I really want to start working out and I wanted to start with something light like pilates and I was wondering should I stick with one video or pick a different video each time?
This is the second part of a 7 day challenge so you could continue this series! She is putting out a new video every day for a week and i assume that they will all be similar, difficulty wise :)

the videos are amazing. However, the ads in between disrupts the flow. Can you put the ads in the beginning and end of the video 😢

Thank you for your free courses, but it is really very annoying that the videos have up to 8 ads in the middle of the training and it would be better to put them at the beginning and end.

Excuse me but I am entitled to my opinion as are you. One typo really? So whos' being unkind? Still maintain dog should have not been in video.
Then don’t watch it? If you’re gonna hate then find another channel, I think the dog is funny and makes the Pilates more cheery and entertaining/less boring. You’re entitled to your own opinion but if you want something professional, I don’t know if you will get that from a workout unless you want the most boring one ever. 😂
