I get that you get a lot of comments about ads that it's not perfect with ads but making a living isn't easy either haha I love your workout and I wish you made more! So let's just support Lidia❤ it's weird for me because sometimes I get ads and sometimes not 🤔 I'm also not sure how ads work. If you can set them by yourself or if it pops out at random time on the vid. If you can set them by yourself, it would be great if it popped out during breaks at least 😊 but as I said, I don't really know if you can set it up❤ love you always Lidia!!

Thank you for your workouts, I love them! Would it be possible to place the ads during the “breaks”? I don’t mind them that way. It’s just when they prolong a difficult set and you don’t know how long you’re gonna be stuck doing it lol
When the ads aren’t in the middle of the video, you get paid less. I make videos as well. We can chose to place them at the beginning and end only but then it’s less money. When I get the ads, I continue doing the last exercise she was doing. Or I take a break because I am a beginner and it hurts so much anyway 😂
Try move with Nicole. I used to like Lidia’s workouts but the ads plus additional breaks make her videos unbearable. Nicole is much better and doesn’t put any ads or breaks in her videos x
I am 65 years old and still having a Billy from a C- section cesarean 40 years ago. Is it possible to a get ready of this Billy for my age. What's your advice please. What's the best Exercises for me. Thank you in advance ❤
