Just did this workout. I’ve been doin lidias workouts for 5 weeks and I’m starting to see a difference, I don’t get bloated as much anymore and I’m toning up. I reccomend doin lidias workouts along with daisy keeches, Chloe ting and lily sabri. x

i have been doing lidia’s workouts for over a month now and she is the only channel i have actually stuck with after trying so many other fitness youtubers. Thank you Lidia. It’s been a week and i feel so much better. It’s helpful to have someone to work out with and i like how there’s not a lot of pressure when you think about doing the exercise. I’ve been doing this workout for about 2-3 months now
I have not changed my diet but my legs are toned up and my thighs look slimmer 😭😭 its actually crazy. i didn’t notice any bloating differences honestly but like i said i made no diet changes. Thank you Lidia ❤️

I clearly feel results, I live at the last floor of my building (Im french so idk how to call it)and it only have stairs, I'm so much less tired after using it ! And I'm also happier (idk if it's because of the workout)

Maybe in the meanwhile you could do two of her fifteen min videos. Although that might have some repeated exercises. Perhaps do a 15 min booty and a 15 min at?

hi lidia! i have been doing your workouts and absolutely love them! this could be a stretch, but are there any workouts to slim the butt? it’s so disproportionated to my body and it’s hard for me to find clothes that actually fit. if there’s a way to like slim the butt or just lengthen my body to even it out?

I’m not lidia, but the only way to lose weight or body fat is to be in a deficit (don’t have to count calories just eat less than maintenance) a workout WONT make you lose weight or body fat. It will help to tone and build muscle only.

I love this workout but I wish leg exercises would do both legs / exercise, not just train one leg and then move one to another
