    I did a parasite cleanse (which is a long process) & it was much easier to loose weight because I was also detoxing chemicals, bacteria, & candida in the process. Felt worse before feeling a lot better. Decided that the doctors had no idea what was causing long covid & their advice was useless and making my life worse. Two years of taking charge of my own health & I’m so grateful I did.

    To be clear, cardio does help with circulation through the body and help the heart get stronger. Yes? You want to get the heart rate up to circulate the blood so the heart gets stronger. The heart is a muscle! The heart need strength training too! You do that by getting the heart rate up (not insanely) for about 20 to 30 minutes. Cardio is important in this regard.

      Endurance is also built up with high intensity interval training not cardio. It’s short bursts of intense fatigue that increase your Vo2 (aka endurance) cardio is honestly useless

    • @Canadian_Psycho
      @Canadian_Psycho Рік тому +5

      So why do professional athletes and fighters do cardio then? As a former amateur fighter (I'm 35 so I'm old in regards to that world now), the first thing we did was cardio and warm-ups. Saying cardio is 'useless' is a rather dubious statement. I honestly hate doing cardio, but the benefits outweigh the cons. Moving more = Cardiovascular exercise. Taking someone who just lifts weights and expecting them to have a gas tank (aka endurance) for anything other than anaerobic based exercise is a tad silly

    • @yoursofunnyman
      @yoursofunnyman Рік тому +3

      @@Canadian_Psycho cardio as in long distance running, yeah is useless. If you want to build on your endurance you would run your hardest for as long as you can manage, then rest, then continue in repetition that’s why people who play soccer can be as fit if not fitter than a marathon runner.

    Fantastic ! Since owning medical grade scale which measure fat / muscle / bone density I would self experiment with nutrition fasting and exercise just so I can see what effect it does on loosing weight after leg injury I was immobile for 5 months and since I started walking I applied all methods to convert fat in to muscle. Eyes on the price and watching data changing my fat levels in to muscle on chart was so satisfying. I like to have data to be able to truly experience the change. I stopped being consistent after a year and half and it showed streigh away how I'm going slowly back to being overweight. This time it's back to training my mind and truly regain the momentum again as it was fantastic feeling in charge of my body. I'm 44 and starting peri menopausal symptoms which is another layer of understanding my fizjolog. Thank you for all the information it's so accurate for women to deal with 3 major hormones and balance so much to learn.

      Try low carb and definitely cut out all sugar - from fruit juice, diet drinks etc, avoid dried fruit. Limit fruit to 2 pieces per day (that’s for during weight loss and when not dieting.) cut out all inflammatory foods such as seed oils, hydrogenated oils. Only have cold pressed organic if you can extra virgin olive oil, organic virgin cold pressed coconut oil or lard, butter. Try these things plus you need to regulate your insulin response and if you’re a perimenopausal woman or post menopausal you’re hormones are in Decline effecting every body system so look into bio identical hormone replacement. Lift weights and enjoy sunshine (safely) and nature daily. All the best

    I disagree on not losing any fat on the semiglutide, you do lose some. You also do lose muscle. So you have to not look at it as a silver bullet. If you do it, you need to see it as a short term solution and we should use the time to straighten out our workout routine. But if you think it will just magically get the fat off only, you are going to be disappointed. I would also like to add to what she's saying in this video is, that I agree 100% you have to keep building muscle and use resistance training. However, you have to be careful and build up gradually and not overdue it. If you injure yourself, especially with muscles and tendons it can take a while to heal, then you end up sidelined and less mobile, and the weight sneaks back on. So don't go out cold and try to do too much too soon. Be kind with yourself and listen to your body.

    Why do I read so many sources online talking about how the notion of 'toxins' is pseudoscience? Everyone throws the word 'toxins' around. But what exactly are 'toxins'? No one seems to be able to define them.

      Try a 48 hr fast....the first thing you eat is couple tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, then eat a grape fruit. Supposedly knocks out liver flukes. Google natural parasite foods... black walnut, oregano oil...there are options. Try to find ivermectin also😊

      Have mercy! I met/sat next to someone a few months ago and he has diabetes. He shared that he’s on Ozempic and has left over pens because he uses .25 or something which stretches the pen doses. I cringed and asked him to consider trying healthier options but he shrugged me off a bit. And he wasn’t a fairly large person, at all. Something doable.
      Although strangers, I was concerned. He also shared that he trades the leftover pens for hair cuts with his barber😮. So sad. ☹️
