Great to see the practical use of these bits of equipment from someone in realistic situations. Too many others just things on a website and it’s almost guess work if it’s going to do what it says it will or you look for others to recommend something. Thank you for these recent run of videos, it is appreciated 👍
Thanks Jesse. Yes we sell the low level lance, it can be found here: www.benzsoftwash.com/collections/benz-softwashing-equipment/products/low-level-lance
Hello, Please can do a video of the complete software equipment needed for this business? I took courses from American guys, but I noticed they all mostly used Pressure washer. I would like to know the basics equipment needed for a start? Thanks
Thanks, yes it fits a CLX, we just need to know the size of pole when you order (we will phone you after you order to double check and talk through fittings etc) Ben
Hi pal a quick question we have just soft washed with your lightening cleanse the method we did was brushing it on with the use of a water fed pole we wet the surface first was that correct to do that ?
Hi Craig, usually the only time we would wet a surface first is during times of very high temperatures, to offset "boil off". Apart from being mostly unnecessary, wetting a surface first will reduce the dilution of the applied product and so will reduce its effectiveness. Mostly we spray first and brush in on areas of particularly bad colonisation. Sometimes we spray a first treatment, rinse, then follow up with a brushed in treatment. The approach varies with the type of surface being treated and the degree of colonisation. You don't state what the surface was that you treated but if it was render, this page - and the links you'll find on the page - explains the basics: www.benzsoftwash.com/pages/render
Hi what pump/system are you using for this? - I’ve been trying to get ahold of gardiner backpacks for a while but always out of stock. Have used xline trollies in the past but they are unreliable and expensive. I’ve improvised systems in the past but again the chemicals kill it relatively fast and application is uneven I like the look of this but need to know more about the full system thank you
@@gsweeney24 Hi Gary, not really. The Shurflo pump does not have sufficient flow rate for effective rinsing. Click this link to view a couple of Trade Tips posts and videos we made to elaborate on the best practices for rinsing (and an introduction to our specialised rinsing nozzles): www.benzsoftwash.com/search?type=product,page,article&q=rinsing*
Hi Ben, does the handle on the trigger have the ability to be locked in the 'on' position so that it keeps spraying without needing to have your hand on the trigger, or does it need to be held down manually by hand at all times to have water flowing? Thanks
Hey Ben, love these videos and learning so much. I'm very interested in the WFP in the video and valves and trigger and spray head and brush head!!! What is the best way to contact you?

That's excellent!
Will have to look into that equipment, good luck with it
Thank you!
why didn't you spray the top of the garden wall capping stone?
We did but it is not on the video. Had to change position so that we did not overspray the next door neighbours.
@@BenzSoftwash thanks that's what I was worried about cheers?
Awesome job Ben, they are some serious bits of kit! Do you sell the low level one separately or just as a complete kit? Thanks!

Great idea!
Hi Ben I’m thinking of buying this trigger, will it fit into a gardiner clx would you know?
Thanks, yes it fits a CLX, we just need to know the size of pole when you order (we will phone you after you order to double check and talk through fittings etc) Ben

We are using a Shurflo 8000 but any chemical pump up to 350 psi and 21 lpm will work fine.
Will a shurflo pump do the job for rinsing as well, without the need for a pressure washer

Yes, the trigger has a lock on it to enable water to flow without having to be manually held down.
