      It had never been treated or cleaned ever - so the home owners where really thrilled, and with the Bio Cleanze continuing to clean over time a drastic transformation for sure. Thanks Eddie!

    I would love to see what the difference is if heat was added to the equation. I do a lot of pressure cleaning with a FSC, and there is a massive difference when heat is added. especially when the areas are heavily infested with green growth (of any kind) not to mention that black spot....

      Hi Dean, Not a huge difference for the extra, time and money invested in equipment and fuel. More of the white lichen would be gone that is for sure but on this job I do not see the need for heat.

      @@BenzSoftwash heat (hot water) does more of the job for you. So in essence it makes things easier. I always use heat on my jobs. Speeds things up and gets more of the dirt off before soft washing imo. But ultimately the out come should be the same. 👍

    Hi Ben, What would be the difference in using Lightning Cleanse instead of Bio Cleanse to treat a roof after pressure washing?

    • @BenzSoftwash
      @BenzSoftwash  8 місяців тому +1

      Hi Micheal , The basic difference between the two products would be - Bio Cleanze being the lighter of the two, has far more 'creep' to get into all the nooks, under the tiles etc, and due to the chemical differences is the better option for those porous surfaces like a roof after pressure washing.
      We do have a Trade Tip diving into the topic in more detail, I will link that here if you want to have a read.

      @@BenzSoftwash Agreed and thank you! Is it possible to get a copy of the data saftey sheet for Lightning Cleanze? I was with a customer today and they wanted re-assurance that the softwash is eco-friendly so I offered to forward them on the sheet. This customer is actually a biologist and is worried about their garden 😅😅
