Mann bhai very good and simple way of preparing foods, but u have made video based on non office goers who can eat 6 meals a day, but normally office goers are able to eat only 3 meals or max 4 meals a day, also office goers are mostly unfit, unlike student or college goers who are normally fit, so pls make some dishes which we can take with us at office as well, thanks once again for this effort bhai.

I mean, do you soak it when hot, or let it cool and then wash it or wash it immediately etc. what do you recommend. I get new pans from target/walmart etc but they all get bad after short time. i got a pan from william sonoma this time and it is very good (very expensive though) but it is starting to get sticky. just wondering. i am sorry for requesting answer for such a petty question

sir I'm 80 kg , 19 year old male and having a height of 177 cm , according to tdee calculation i should consume 2815 calories a day to maintain the body weight but I want to get lean so I calculated the total calories I have in entire day, it's about 2250 calories which is 565 calories less than what should I take but yet I am not loosing weight! after 4-5 days of cardio and weight lifting exercise !
