i started watching your videos since past few days and woha i developed some kind of addiction towards your video ,

I am 60 right now and been working out for almost 40 years. I have been making smoothies for last few years myself but never used oat or peanut butter - by the way in this video I noticed the container reads ALMOND BUTTER NOT PEANUT BUTTER.
Apart from these ingredients I also add ginger and turmeric root as well.
One moderate meal as dinner and during the day at work, just frequent snacks - banana, apple, cucumber, tomato, peanuts, multigrain bread sandwich without butter with chilies coriander paste and some vegies. Bottom line, avoid big meals, sodas, and oily food. It's ok to treat yourself once in a while.
One moto in life.
MY BODY IS MY HOUSE AND I AM THE ONLY PERSON WHO CAN TAKE CARE OF IT.

How come the protein amount is only 30g??

300ml milk=3*3=9gm(as 100gm has3gm protein)

Coffee pre workout
During workout warm water
Post workout
Paneer 100 gm /chicken 100gm
After 3hr salad (cabbage, capsicum, broccoli)
Green veg 1 bowl, paneer 100gms/chicken
Evening snack
Chicken clear soup
Dinner
Fish,150 grm 15 days
But i still feel week
I work out in morning by 8.00am so can I follow shredded program

If you to workout in the morning how to shuffle the meals, I mean pre work out and post work out meals will be taken in the morning but what about the break fast timing.
I do workout out from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM.

just a doubt... shaker u were holding must be 650ml and it was almost full (near about 550-600ml) at the end. But u only added 250 ml of milk. How come the quantity increased so much??

Hi... Ive been following your programs on regular basis..Next on schedule is lean mode. I've lost already 10 kl..and have to go way more!! One of the major problems I face is diet..since I cannot consume eggs on a regular basis. And also the protein powder which I don't want to intake!
