Sir please make one video on vertigo and imbalance
I have had vertigo and basically the crystals in the inner ear that pick up signals about spacial awareness (not sure exactly how) get dislodged so we find an imbalance. I felt it especially when BP changes such as after eating, during exercise, stressful situations. so I found the vertigo manouvre techniques helpful (find these on youtube), as well as avoiding starchy foods that cause mucus, & too much fatty foods that can block the lymph system (although small amounts is beneficial) and can block the inner ear causing dizziness. to clear the sinuses there is some acupressure such as the back of head, behind ear, and between knuckles of third and forth finger, and on the inside of the thumb near the nail bed. also spleen 6 to clear fluids. and holding the breath after exhale while focusing on sinuses and nodding the head. make sure you get enough sleep also! namaste

In Surya namaskar..you are taking right leg back in ashwasanchalan pose and when coming back in position 10,u are taking right leg forward. So I m confused,in books it says bring left leg forward.
Will u please clear my doubt. Or both are correct ways.Thank you

Interesting suggestion. Why does his body offend you? It's very useful for a yoga student to watch as much detail as possible how it's done. Less risk of misunderstandings that lead to injuries. Improve your focus, that's the name of the video... I guess it includes being aware of sexual prejudices that make you lose focus in your innocent practice. Another option is to not watch his channel anymore. There's a wonderful channel called online yoga teaching. She's as beautiful, generous an good, plus, her body is fully covered... Although she dresses with elastic clothes that reveal her body form. Good luck!
actually when doing handstand you find the t-shirt goes in the face, and other postures in salutation. the body is a wonderful teacher, for ourselves and others. im sure he doesn't wear his birthday suit for pride rather for comfortability and connecting with natural energy. I suggest maybe you feel intimidated because you would also like to be comfortable in your own skin. sometimes like Adam and Eve people get shy because of the energy unfolding in our physical body. Yoga brings us back internally (garden of eden) Remember we're all vastly unique and yet Yoga is about celebrating what unites us. It transcends good/bad and likes/dislikes. It is the mind and body as one
