Ingredients:
200g flour
100g butter, room temperature
100g sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
600 - 700g apricots (you can also use fresh apricots)
1-2 tbsp icing sugar to dust
Bake in the oven 190C/375F for 45 min.
Tin size: 25cm
