Delicious Condensed Milk Cookies | One Easy Cookie Dough - 3 Different Flavors

You can use this base dough to make different flavors. There are only 5 ingredients and no eggs.
I made 3 flavors: Hazelnut and Chocolate Cookies, Cranberry and White Chocolate Cookies and Chocolate Chip and Marshmallow Cookies.
Cookies are very delicious, crispy outside and chewy inside.
Base Dough Ingredients:
250g butter, room temperature
110g sugar
3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
225g self-raising flour
To make Hazelnut and Chocolate Cookies just add:
3 tsp dark cocoa
3 tbsp chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips
2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
Bake in the oven 150C/300F fanbake for 23-25min.
Decorate with melted chocolate and some chopped hazelnuts.
To make Cranberry and White Chocolate Cookies just add:
1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped white chocolate or chocolate chips
Bake in the oven 150C/300F fanbake for 20-23min.
You can also decorate with melted white chocolate.
To make Chocolate Chip and Marshmallow Cookies just add:
2 tbsp chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips
marshmallows
Bake in the oven 150C/300F fanbake for 20-23min.
If you don't have self-raising flour you can easily make it at home.
How to make self-raising flour: just add 2 tsp of baking powder into 150g of plain flour. That's all!
