Delicate and Delicious Lemon Pie | Easy Recipe

Delicate and delicious Lemon Pie. If you like lemon pies, tarts or desserts you'll definitely like this lemon pie, it's very delicate, crumbly outside with juicy lemon filling inside.
Ingredients:
200g flour
100g butter, cold
4-5 egg yolks (80g - 4 big or 5 medium size egg yolks)
60g sugar (3tbsp)
1 heaped tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
Lemon Filling:
200g apple puree (3-4 apples or you can buy one)
100ml lemon juice
zest of 1 lemon
20g cornflour (1tbsp)
50g sugar (2,5tbsp)
1-2tbsp icing sugar to decorate (optional)
Bake in the oven 170C/340F fanbake for 30-35 min.
Tin size: 20cm
