180g sugar
¼ tsp salt
150g buttermilk or kefir, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla
100g melted butter, warm
50g sunflower oil
250g flour
11g/2 heaped tsp baking powder
30g cocoa powder
Filling:
150g sugar
¼ tsp salt
40g cornflour
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
350g sour cream (25-35%)
Cake tin size: 25/26 cm
Bake in the oven 180C/350F for about 40-45 minutes. Cool in the tin for 10 min. Dust with icing sugar (optional).
