Soft, fluffy, moist, spongy and very delicious Castella Cake that just melts in your mouth. Quick and easy recipe.
Ingredients:
15g butter
10ml milk
50g condensed milk
3 eggs
50g sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
60g flour
Cake tin: 15cm
Bake in the oven 160C/325F for 30min, cool and decorate with some condensed milk. Enjoy!

    Do not twist when cutting, it causes layers to stick together at edges causing it not to rise! Just push down& lift away!

    I made this! It came out so delicious, soft and squidgy. I used 1.5 your recipe and made it in an air fryer at 140 degrees Celsius, it took over an hour and a half but it was SO worth it! We have heaps of it and eating slices of it everyday! I added way more ginger than you as I love it spicer. YUM!
