Is it easy to remove the crust from the mold?did u put oil/grease the mold before putting the crust?
@@ma.concepcionestipona895 I don't think I greased it, once they cooled a little, it slid right off.

Ha ha...I didn't even have to chill the dough after mixing. Straight away molded in pan, pricked with fork and into freezer for 10 mins and baked. Perfecto!!😁 TQVM for easy peasy recipe 🙏
Yea, for us we took long while filming and besides our place was very hot at the time. But if you're fast and your place is cold, it's totally doable like you said. Thanks for the comment!

Great recipe for easy made tarts. For a finer version but more tedious to make try recipe using confectioners sugar and almond flour.

Hi. Nice video! 2 questions:
1. Do you have to grease the moulds first? Otherwise, won’t the shells stick to the moulds after baking?
2. How come your shells didn’t puff up upon baking? Mine did and were unusable.

Hi! No need to grease the moulds (unless they’re all scratched etc). Prick the base of the shells before baking, that’s going to help with the puffing (see how I do it in the video). Hope it helps!
This is traditionally called pâté sucrée. (It’s French for ‘sugared paste’, but it means sweet pastry crust.)

Of the 3 videos I watched from different channels, this is the only one that's useful as the other 2 just showed how it's processed but didn't tell what temperature you should set the oven and for how long it should be cooked.
